We only rent to groups of young people if it is declared in advance that they will not cause a nuisance or late-night parties. The house has been recently renovated and features many new appliances. Smart lighting and thermostat, new refrigerator, and oven/microwave. Atmospheric decor throughout the house based on an industrial look. Upon opening the back door, your holiday begins with a spacious garden equipped with all necessities and a jetty from which you can swim and boat.

This beautiful, renovated and restyled summer cottage with a hotel chic atmosphere is located right behind the boulevard of Katwijk aan Zee and in the middle of the always cozy city center. Walk to the beach in 1 minute! Around the corner, there are plenty of delicious and cozy restaurants. The center of Katwijk also offers lots of nice boutiques where you can shop to your heart's content! The cottage has been completely renovated and is ready to welcome the first guests! We are more than pleased to welcome you!

Detached house at a prime location in Noordwijk

The summer house is a detached house at No. 26a. You reach the house through a private entrance where you can park your car. The haus is equipped with all comforts. A fully equipped kitchen (with oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle, etc.) where you can enjoy cooking. A nice living room with a new comfortable (sleeping) sofa. A sleepingroom with separate toilet and a bathroom with shower. Located 50 meters from the shopping street of Noordwijk aan Zee and only 400 meters from the beach.

Sea view Apartment! @Noordwijk Beach

Located 50 meters from the popular beach of Noordwijk next to the lighthouse, a well equipped sea view studio apartment with the perfect view! Dogs are unfortunately NOT allowed! Airbnb changed their fee policy, 19% to be paid by the host now. This used to be paid by the booker/guest. Therefore we choose to add 12% management costs and split the fee between host and guest. 12% because airbnb charges a fee over the fee. Transparant pricing is important to us and we trust you understand.

This beautiful family ship is fully equipped. There is a fully equipped kitchen, internet and toilet. There are 8 beds spread over a captain’s cabin, a room in the front and a fixed bunk bed next to the aisle. Showers are possible in the shower complex in the harbor, where 16 showers are available for you. You can also sail to Amsterdam and stay there for the night for example, or sail on the IJsselmeer or North Sea. We would like to tell you what is possible with our beautiful boat.

Situated on the child-friendly Kijkduinpark, with an indoor pool, 600 meters from the beach, 1 km via the dune to the cozy boulevard of Kijkduin, 9 km to the center of The Hague, beautiful cycling routes to Delft, Rotterdam, Hoek van Holland.

The Yard | Centre of Scheveningen (+free parking)

The Yard is a fresh apartment 400 meters away from the boulevard. If you're looking for a stay in the heart of Scheveningen, this is the place for you! The beach clubs are a stone's throw away, and the Keizerstraat (shopping street) is around the corner. I offer free parking in my garage. The apartment is very practically laid out and the available spaces have been cleverly used. The shower cabin is on the small side (80x70), but this is compensated with a spacious kitchen!

This beautiful apartment is located directly on the boulevard and the beach of Scheveningen. You walk from the house to the beach. The luxurious apartment of about 80m2 accommodates 4 to 6 people; there are 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. The spacious living/dining room offers views of the pier, harbor, the beach and of course the North Sea. The bathroom has a bath/shower, toilet. The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need in a vacation home.

Chalet Tulips & Dunes (Wassenaar, Beach)

Our cozy chalet is located right next to one of the most beautiful nature reserves of South Holland: Lentevreugd, which is only a few minutes away from the beach. In front of your door you will find grazing Highland cattles and Konik horses. The chalet lies behind our Tulip farm and it can accommodate a maximum of 3/4 people. Peace, freedom and every night a beautiful sunset. Due to the enclosed garden, the chalet is also ideal for young families

Tiny house @ sea, beach and dunes

Our cosy Tiny House is located about 400 meters from the beach. Dunes and forest at 1 km and the shopping street of Noordwijk aan Zee only 600 mtr. The accommodation was completely renovated in 2021. It is a perfect base to enjoy the nearby nature, by foot or bicycle, and it is also very centrally located for a city visit to Amsterdam, Leiden or The Hague. In the months of April and May, Noordwijk is the flourishing heart of the bulb region.

Boulevard 77 -SUN - sea and dune- free parking

SUN studio is located directly at the sea and dunes. You can enjoy sunrise over the dunes and sunset in the sea from your studio. Seating area: sea and kite zone view. Double bed (160x200): dune view. Kitchenette: microwave, kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher and refrigerator (no stove/pans). Bathroom: bath and rain shower. Separate toilet. Balcony. Own entrance. Beds made, towels, WIFI, Netflix included. No pets dogs. Parking for free.

Walk out the door, within 5 minutes on the beach! In the middle of the old village center of the cozy seaside resort, close to the shopping street and boulevard with nice restaurants. But also a great kitchen to cook for yourself. Upstairs, a bright spacious bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and washing machine. You can sit in our private courtyard. Includes 2 bicycles. Free parking 300 meters walk.
