Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in The Gulch, Nashville

Kevin's place was perfect! The location is close to lots of great places in East Nashville, the area is a peaceful quiet neighborhood and the home has everything I needed including a great yard for my pups:)

Fantastic place to stay that was located in an ideal spot whether you want to go down town or explore other spots in the area. The house alone had enough to do for an entire weekend from teeing off golf balls, relaxing in the sauna, watching a movie in the basement that gives an actual movie theater feeling and cooking amazing meals with the perfect kitchen loaded with all the tools to do so.

When we first stepped in, we were welcomed by music and scent diffuser. This is one of the most stunning and well decorated spaces I’ve ever seen. All of the amenities were super luxurious. We will never forget how insanely comfortable the bed and couch were. The bed was literally like sleeping on a cloud, which is perfect after a long day out on Broadway. It also is only an 8 minute drive to Broadway. We can’t wait to stay here again.

We loved staying here. It was beautiful and easy to get to the gulch and order areas. Just like the pictures. Open space is great for a group… we had 6 and it worked perfectly. There are a lot of stairs but we are all in our late 60’s and managed just fine. Ashley was great with recommendations and helping with questions. Would definitely stay here again.

This property was comfortable and complete. Kitchen was well equipped and the bed was one of the most pleasant I’ve slept in recently. The location was convenient with decent restaurants close by. No problem with parking. Seth was very responsive to questions, usually answering within minutes. I would definitely book again!

Pristine, cozy, home away from home. I don’t have enough characters available to rave about this place. It was so spotlessly clean and the host was very helpful and friendly. One of my biggest searches when looking on Airbnb is a comfy looking bed and this one met those expectations! I hate the feeling of “I can’t wait to be in my own bed” and didn’t have that here!! I loved the little details like the snacks and local recommendations (which we tried and LOVED). And not once did I ever have to say “I wish there was (item)” because everything we needed was available at the house. There are certain things that I make sure to always bring with me on trips in order to feel more at home and somehow these guys managed to check everything on my OCD list. That’s a first for anywhere I’ve stayed ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The house was exactly how it was described. It was very clean neat it was perfect for our stay 10 minute Uber to Broadway where all the Honkytonk bars are at and plenty of restaurants in walking distance of the house. Sarah was very responsive and describe the place as it was when we showed up. Thank you again for the great experience of renting your house.

Everything was pretty great. It wasn’t extremely close to much, but it seemed to be in a sweet spot, where, with a 15 minute walk you could reach some great parts of town. We walked everywhere, but we like to see the city and all the neighbourhoods wherever we go. Some people may need to ride or drive. Comfortable beds. Quiet enough. Responsive host. Everything seemed well thought out. Pool was too cold at the time, but the hot tub and fire pit were nice. My only issue was with the thermostat and temperature in the living/ rental space. We found it cold and unnecessary for the AC to be on most of the time. The temperature outside was cool for this time of year. Emile is aware of the issue and said he would look into it but I think it’s necessary to mention that we did lose some sleep because of it. Still 5 stars.

Our group of 8 stayed here and it was perfect. Super closed to Broadway, just down the road to some of the best bars! The place was comfortable, couch area seats so many, kitchen is well stocked to be able to cook full meals. The access to BBQ and pool area was awesome but does fill up on the weekends. The host is super responsive and answered all questions asap. Staff in the building is courteous soo friendly. Great spot!

This was the best place I’ve ever stayed in Nashville! The gym was great, the location was incredible, very convenient to everything, and the bed was so comfortable! Loved it. I’ll stay here again when I come back.

We had a great stay at The Burnham! Beautiful pool area, apartment was very clean, amazing location within walking distance to Broadway, proactive host that provided clear and simple instructions for check-in, check-out and more. 10/10 recommend and would definitely stay again!

What an amazing place! Fun theme, roomy, with plenty of amenities and is the perfect location to walk to Broadway. Jessica gave clear directions and was always quick to answer any questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Christy was flexible and her space was exactly as described. The parking instructions were clear and she was proactive with providing additional helpful information. The space was beautiful and I enjoyed the ambiance. Very close the Broadway as well.

The condo looked just like the pictures. The beds were very comfortable, even the rollaways. The location was perfect for CMA Fest. Cynthia was always helpful and quick to respond!

This was the perfect location and Amy was a great host! Our flights got in pretty early, and Amy allowed us to drop our bags off at the condo prior to check in so that we didn’t have to walk around with them which was super helpful. The condo was clean, comfortable and spacious for our party of 5. The pool was a great perk as well. Everyone was very friendly. Plenty of restaurants, shops and bars within walking distance in Music Row, and Broadway is a short uber ride away! If us Northerners are ever in Nashville again, we would definitely stay again.

It was a perfectly cozy place for us to stay and well stocked with everything we would need. It was also close to downtown Nashville.

The reviews were right on. Cute decor. Spacious. Comfortable beds. My husband wants to know the brand of the King size mattress. Closets were so big could use it as another bedroom…lol… It was convenient and perfect for our family. Was in Nashville for CMA fest. Close enough to walk but don’t recommend it after a long day at the concerts and night doing stairs at the bars. Having the kitchen saved us a ton of $ on food. There were more amenities in the place than listed on line. I wouldn’t have brought as much stuff if I had known. Quick responses when I had questions. It was a great stay and I’d definitely stay again. Extra notes: It didn’t bother us but since it was CMA Fest don’t expect the quiet time. It got quiet around 2:30/3 AM. Again, we didn’t care. One issue for us was the weed smell. Even with all the signs no smoking or vaping. Chalk it up to CMA Fest. It is smoke free and people should respect that. Great place, great location. We loved the location. As non savvy technology-challenged people, it was a bit frustrating getting through the process of gathering the key and getting into the elevator but we finally did it!! So walkable to Broadway honkytonks and restaurants...Just a few blocks! We would stay here again if possible. Great communication and very prompt. Cozy bed and very clean!!
