Vacation rentals with a fireplace in The Gulch, Nashville

This was a great stay and very convenient to downtown Nashville and walking distance to Five Points was a big plus. Lisa was very responsive to a thermostat issue we had. The bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths worked great for our group of three couples. Very nicely decorated with Nashville themes throughout. And the fenced in yard worked great for our dogs.

We had a wonderful 3 day excursion in beautiful Nashville. The 4 of us enjoyed the privacy, beautifully peaceful serene surroundings and the great interior. This home is perfect for 4 as the bedrooms are at opposite ends of the home and makes you feel you are alone, lots of privacy. I enjoyed coffee every morning on the patio together with the sound of birds chirping and the stunning greenery of the backyard. Very private. Nothing else to say as one couldn't have it better. By the way, this home is very convenient to the Broadway excitement-less than 15 min easy drive. We are coming back. Thank you Svetlana.

This was a great place to stay - easy to find, safe, clean, comfortable, and lots of amenities. Jeff was proactive, made everything easy, and was available if we would have needed him. We would stay again.

We traveled from Florida and we couldn’t have asked for a more welcoming stay than this! The home BEAUTIFUL! Location PERFECT! Everything was done to perfection! Definitely a recommended stay if you’re visiting Nashville

Spent a week in the appartment with my family. A lot of board games, pool table etc. 30 Minutes from Broadway. Matthew was always responding real quick to my questions and also helped us print tickets for a show.

A group of friends and I stayed at this location. We wanted a place close to the city but did not feel like a city vibe and this place was perfect! We enjoyed the farm-like feel with the many animals around us and we felt safe at the location. The host was friendly and responsive to anything we needed and the house had plenty of space for us to enjoy ourselves. We had the best time on our mini vacation. Definitely would come back!

Pavel's place was a great stay! We stayed for 4 nights and was cozy and comfortable the entire stay. It looked exactly as the pictures and plenty of space for me and my husband. The neighborhood was quiet and not far from any of the places we wanted to visit. The extra heaters were super helpful as the weather got chilly unexpectedly and we get cold easily. Would definitely recommend!!!

A great place to stay! Would definitely recommend staying here and would want to stay here again. The place was clean and spotless and was a in a walkable distance to all the restaurants and attractions. Natalie was an awesome host and very attentive.

We enjoyed our stay here! Anna had great communication and her place had everything we needed. We appreciated all of the amenities and recommendations that she included.

Such a cute space! Check in was so easy and location is close to the airport! Quiet and out of the way but close enough to town for dinner or shopping. Host is extremely responsive and helpful with anything we needed! Hot tub was warmed and ready to go at check in! Laundry unit was a plus! We will definitely stay again if we are ever back in town!
