Amazing stay! Stayed during CMA Fest week and it was super walkable (a little more than a mile) to all CMA Fest activities and Nissan stadium. The property was quiet, clean, and just as described. I felt safe even walking at night. Bekah gave clear check in and check out instructions. Would stay again!

Our stay at the nashville margaritaville was amazing. The location is great, only 2 blocks away from broadway which equals about a 10 minute walk. Check in was easy and the room was very clean. The bed was a little softer than our liking, but everything else about the location was pristine. There is valet parking or multiple pay lots right beside the hotel. We used the pay lot that’s on the broadway side of the building and realized it probably would have been the same cost to use valet. Overall a great experience and we look forward to staying here again.

This place was just like the pics. Perfect for the four of us on a girls weekend. I would highly recommend and stay here again!

i had a lovely stay here! it’s a great location, easily walkable to some restaurants, grocery stores, and even 12 south! the place was just as described, and easy to find. carrie was an awesome host, and very responsive. place was very clean, and i felt right at home! i will happily stay here again next time i’m in town, and will recommend to friends and family as well!

My wife and I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in downtown Nashville! The location couldn’t be more convenient—just a short hop to Broadway and close to The Gulch, which made exploring the city super easy. The unit itself was modern, very clean, and felt completely secure, which gave us great peace of mind throughout our stay. We also really enjoyed the building’s amenities. The workout area was well-equipped, the pool was a great bonus, and the outdoor lounge space with comfortable furniture and a kitchen area made for the perfect spot to relax in the evenings. There's also freight trains that pass through a few times per day, viewable from the balcony. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Nashville. It was the perfect mix of comfort, style, and location!

Michael was absolutely wonderful! The place was so nice and clean! I do however want to say that the step up to the bathroom/shower will get you everytime. 🤣 It’s close to everything and a lot of good restaurants! He also provided us with a huge list of places to eat/see/do! We had a wonderful time!

Loved this stay! Close to enough to downtown but far enough from the hustle and bustle! The host was easy to work with. Cute place, it was perfect!

This place was very cozy. It was perfect for the four of us that stayed. Very clean and spacious. Pete was very responsive to my messages. The coffee shop across the street was nice in the mornings. Highly recommend this place. It’s close enough to downtown and yet far away to get away from the craziness.

Clean and quiet. lots of activities withing walking distance and the pool was clean.

Jennie and Maureen were great hosts and very accommodating/responsive. The condo was clean and an easy walk to Broadway. The rooftop was a nice addition and good spot to hang out. Would definitely stay here again if I’m back in Nashville!

Had a wonderful stay. Has just what you need. Close enough to walk to main areas but far enough you dont get all the noises. The pool was a bonus.

This condo was exceptional! It was clean, modern, and comfortable, with all the necessary essentials! The proximity to nearby shops, restaurants, bars and museums was a perfect closeness while also maintaining some privacy and downtime away from the “scene”. Patsy communicated well and was super gracious. We’d definitely rent here again!

Brendan was very responsive if I had any questions or concerns. Well mannered, and gave great detailed instructions on how to find the Airbnb, key fob, and parking spot if paid for in parking garage. Clean place. Will stay again if ever back in Nashville.

I really enjoyed staying here and would stay again or recommend my family to stay when they come to Nashville. It was very clean and had everything that you would need for a little trip. The outside of the place actually felt safe because it’s gated in and I believe there were cameras which as a single woman made me feel comfortable. Whenever I had a question I messaged the host and she got back to me immediately so I felt comfortable reaching out. Everything was great thanks Amy!!

A well maintained condo with nice amenities, in a safe area and so walkable to downtown! Rindi, our host, was VERY responsive and professional.

The Airbnb looked just like the pictures and was very close to broadway about a 10 min walk. Yvonne was very responsive and tentative to us and I highly recommend.

A truly wonderful base for your exploration of Nashville! This beautifully appointed condo is in the heart of Music City, right on Music Row and surrounded by recording studios. Very walkable distance to Vanderbilt, Midtown restaurants and bars, and downtown Broadway honky tonks. The space was perfect for our family- the kids particularly loved the built in bunk beds! The common spaces of the condo are really well cared for and nice to use, and the underground parking is very safe! All in all, worth every penny!
