From the outside, the listed historic building has a romantic appearance, while the mountain panorama in the background makes this charming property truly eye-catching. Inside, on the ground floor, you will find a modern 75 m² apartment, fully renovated in 2015, as well as an approx. 20 m² terrace. This unique accommodation combines the charm of a historic farmhouse with a modern interior.

The apartment is perfect for a max. 6 person group. The fully equipped kitchen, living and working space as well as the wonderful terrace make it an excellent choice for longer stays. Our vacation home is a spacious, light-flooded, detached architectural house with a large roof terrace and a purist garden on a hillside. The roof terrace offers a magnificent panoramic view of the Alps and the Zugspitze. Our house offers you a fully equipped open-space kitchen. For relaxation, an infrared steam cabin and a hot tub are available for free use. The house is climate-friendly with PV system, battery storage and air heat pump.

From there you can enjoy breathtaking views of the mountains and Inn valley, both in summer and winter.

Exclusive apartment with infrared cabin! It is located in the center of Kolsass. This includes a large garden with barbecue facilities, a private garage and parking spaces. A supermarket is about 3 minutes away. The bike path passes by in the immediate vicinity. In winter, the ski resort on Kolsassberg is ideal for beginners. Not far away there is the possibility to end the day culinarily in the Wellnesshotel Rettenberg.
