Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Teulada

What a gorgeous place to stay! We chose the location because it looked peaceful, away from the busy city, and near to the water. It was exactly what we wanted - waking up to the sound of the sea, and stunning sunsets on the balcony. It felt very private with lots of places to sit depending on your mood - sun loungers, shaded balconies, outdoor table, or a comfy sofa inside. Everything you need is just a short drive away, and we parked in the large train station car park when we visited Cagliari - 15 Euros all day, pay at the machine. There are loads of lovely sandy beaches heading East along the coast, from 10 to 40 mins away, with free parking. The house was spacious, spotlessly clean and smelled wonderful! The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were dark with the shutters closed. The hot tub was really nice, comfy, everything worked, and we loved watching the sunset from there. Taty & Luca were outstanding hosts, thank you so much for everything!

Ksenia was great at communicating with us - the local recommendations were a great source of information for things to do and places to visit. Everything we needed was in the flat or in the cupboards (toilet roll, cleaning items, food seasoning, etc…) saving purchasing lots of things only to use them for the week of our stay. The studio flat is very well done out and there was good space for two people for the week. Ksenia made us feel right at home and check in and check out was a breeze, even with our flight arriving late at night. There is free parking within 2 minutes from the apartment so that was very useful for our car. Thank you Ksenia and Vanda for having us at your flat!

My second time at Martas place and had a very nice stay this time as well. Last time I spent 5 weeks working from the apartment in low season and now 10 days sept/oct. Perfect place to stay, near everything. Fantastic terrace and view and quick respons from Marta to all our questions. Also love the apartment and neighborhood. We were 3 adults and everything worked perfectly. Highly recommend this place.

Schöne, moderne Wohnung mit Privatparkplatz und Pool. Das Badezimmer ist groß, das Bett bequem und die Küche verfügt über die nötige Erstausstattung. Der große Balkon mit Tisch und Stühlen ist perfekt für ein gemütliches Frühstück. Die daneben verlaufende Straße hört man draußen, aber das hat uns nicht weiter gestört. Im Ort gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt und zwei gute Restaurants. Mit dem Auto kann man von dort einige schöne Strände erreichen.

L appartamentino di Giulia la rappresenta, ordinato, moderno e dinamico. straordinariamente confortevole il letto, silenzioso l ambiente, considerando il movimento giovane della sera nelle vicinanze. Centralissimo per muoversi facilmente in ogni direzione. Giulia è una deliziosa host. Consigliatissimo

The flat was beautiful, spacious, and even better than the photos! A very modern interior and two beautiful garden spaces, one for relaxing and one for the hot tub. The outside shower had hot water and very convenient for the hot tub. Air conditioning in every room and well equipped kitchen and bathroom. We were able to find a regular parking spot a few streets away, and everything was mostly walkable anyway. Would highly recommend and wish we could’ve stayed longer :)

Le logement est bien équipé, propre et agréable, situé dans une rue tranquille. Il se trouve au coeur de la ville ancienne, ce qui permet de pouvoir tout visiter à pied. Il est assez facile de se garer non loin de l'appartement et de sortir de la ville rapidement pour rejoindre la plage en 15 minutes ou encore d'aller visiter les environs. De plus, Simone est un hôte sympathique et réactif, qui a eu la gentillesse de nous offrir un petit cadeau de bienvenue.

Katia è stata incredibile: flessibile sull'ora di check in, sempre disponibile per rispondere a qualsiasi domanda, consigliare i posti da vedere e da mangiare. La casa era molto pulita e c'era tutto di che avevamo bisogno, anche la culla per la nostra piccola. Una esperienza molto positiva!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das airbnb ist genau wie auf den Bildern und hat , neben dem beheizten Pool auch einen wunderbaren Meerblick aus einem der Schlafzimmer. Die Nachbarschaft war sehr ruhig und überhaupt nicht störend. Es haben anfangs ein paar Basics wie eine Bialetti oder Bedsheets gefehlt. Das war aber kein Problem durch die schnelle Antwort von Lucca wurde alles prompt gebracht. Wir hatten einen perfekten Urlaub in Villa Lolly

I was greeted when I arrived and my heavy case was taken up the stairs for me. I stayed for 2 weeks. Beautiful accommodation, extremely clean and gorgeously appointed. Very comfortable. It’s very well positioned in the centre and only 10 minutes from my language school. It’s close to great bars and restaurants but very quiet. Highly recommend! And I need to mention that I am very fussy! Brilliant!

É stato piacevole soggiornare nella casa vacanze. L’appartamento è piccolo ma dotato di ogni cosa, zona tranquilla, a due passi dal centro. L’host è stata molto disponibile e gentile. Ottimo punto di partenza per visitare i dintorni.

Nous avons passés de très agréables vacances, le logement est très bien situé, dans un petit village avec toutes les commodités (restaurants, café, boulangerie, grandes surfaces, glacier, ...) et une jolie plage à proximité. Andrea est un hôte disponible et amical. Merci!

The apartment was very beautiful and cozy, which made it ideal for our short stay in Cagliari. Erika is an amazing host, and it’s clear that she put a lot of care into the vintage decoration of the place, this made us feel like we were in a truly traditional home. She even provided us with a beach bag, which turned out to be very useful! The location is very central and perfect for exploring the city center and tourist areas by foot, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The street where the apartment is located is particularly charming, with rustic houses and beautiful plants along the sidewalks. For those arriving by car, there is some free parking near the Ospedale, but it was almost always full (early June). We ended up using a calmer nearby paid street parking area called ‘Parcheggio del Bastione di Santa Croce,’ which can be paid for using the Mooneygo app. A casa Penelope was just the right place for a nice stay in the city!

Spacious apartment with great amenities. They have a washer/dryer combo. Local grocery store is down the block. Easy walk to marina and great restaurants plus the view from Viale Buon Cammino. This road also has free street parking. My only complaint is that the door was difficult for me to turn the key and my husband had to do it. Highly recommend!

Die Wohnung liegt in einem wunderschönen Viertel in Cagliari und man kann zu Fuß alles erreichen, von Restaurants über Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Wohnung war wirklich sehr sauber und auch der Whirlpool (50€ Zuzahlung) waren sauber und wirklich angenehm! Giorgia war eine super Gastgeberin und immer sehr freundlich! Wir haben in dem Parkhaus ca. 450m entfernt für 10€/Tag geparkt, da wir in den Straßen, in denen man parken darf, leider kein Glück hatten:) Für Leute mit sehr kleinen Kindern oder ältere Menschen könnten die Treppen in der Wohnung vielleicht etwas steil sein, uns hat das nicht gestört :) Die Wohnung war wirklich komplett sauber, allerdings scheinen Wohnungen in der Altstadt von Cagliari wohl insgesamt ein Problem mit Kakerlaken zu haben, wir hatten leider auch ein paar davon in der Wohnung bzw. im Kleiderschrank.. Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt in einer tollen Wohnung mit super Lage in Cagliari! :)

Valentina is a great host. Very responsive to all of our needs and questions. Highly recommend the place. Highlights include cleanliness and that the apartment itself is very new and well-kept. Wifi connection was very strong and stable. As an added bonus, we appreciated the voucher for a free breakfast, as well as the free snacks in the apartment. Location is great for tourists willing to visit Cagliari and it is walking distance from all key neighborhoods. Though not specific to Valentina or the Airbnb, it is worth mentioning that we had a difficult experience with parking, however.

Non posso che consigliarvi appieno La Casetta di Anna. Spesso le foto non corrispondono alla realtà...beh, in questo caso l'alloggio è molto più bello di come risulta in foto! Casetta accogliente, perfettamente climatizzata, provvista di tutto il necessario e non, pulitissima in tutto e per tutto. Per quanto si tratti di una "casetta" ci si muove benissimo, gli spazi non sono per niente ristretti. Alloggio perfetto...per non parlare poi di Sabina. Proprietaria dolcissima, disponibile a concordare un orario di check-in, attenta agli ospiti e a garantire il massimo dei servizi. Siamo stati davvero bene in tutto e per tutto. Questa casetta è un amore...non saprei come altro descriverla!

Es war ein super Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung war sehr sehr schön und der Gastgeber ist extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist perfekt, da man mitten in der Stadt ist und einen tollen Eindruck von dem Ort bekommt. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und würden immer wieder kommen.

We Really enjoyed our visit to Cagliari, The apartment is well located and equipped with all you need for a great stay. It’s close to good restaurants, trains and the historic part of the city. It’s city living. Alessandra was a super host and we plan to return.

Tiziana is een superhost, zeer behulpzaam en het appartement was kraaknet. Het ligt in een rustige buurt en in de nabijheid zijn lekkere restaurantjes die Tiziana ons aanraadde. Evenals een bezoek aan het natuurpark Molentargius. Ook het oude stadscentrum en de aanpalende buurten zijn de moeite waard.

l'alloggio di Veronica si distingue per la quantità e la qualità della dotazione in generale, cucina, biancheria, c'è davvero tutto quello che serve. la lavastoviglie è un plus, molto gradito. il patio è perfetto per chi ama vivere all'aperto, le tendine sottili per la privacy sono perfette. il tendone che copre il cortiletto tiene fuori un po di calore. la posizione in altura rende difficile andare al mare a piedi se non si ha una buona gamba ma porta spesso una gradevole brezza, impagabile. la vista sulla laguna è splendida, il parcheggio, praticamente davanti a casa, spesso all'ombra di un pino. che dire poi della zona, strepitosa per le spiagge bianche e una vegetazione ricca e selvaggia. spero davvero di poter tornare!
