We were warmly welcomed! Melissa is very responsive and warm, it was a real pleasure to have stayed in Chia! We would highly recommend this rental!

This immaculate and well equipped freshly renovated appartment, responsive host and gorgeous surrounds made our holiday. We stayed in Andrea's appartment in April for 2 weeks, using it as a base to hike and bike in the region. The appartment was spotless and equipped with all the essentials for cooking, working remotely and keeping house. We really appreciated the mattresses, pillow options and linen. They were some of the most comfortable airbnb beds we've slept in. Our daughter (8 years) played in the small garden with the dog, cats and other children most afternoons. Andrea's welcome document was thorough and included many great recommendations. Andreas parents (who live down stairs) were super friendly and helpful and really made us feel at home. The village is small but close to gorgeous beaches and trails. We were pleasantly surprised with the food options in nearby Pula. Take note that while there are plenty of holiday activities available, off-season offerings are limited.

Our stay with Cinzia and her wonderful family was just perfect! From the start, they were incredibly helpful and warm. Although there was a problem with our rental car on arrival and we did not receive a car as agreed at the airport, Cinzia was immediately at our side. The taxi prices were extremely high, but Cinzia was kind enough to drive us personally to the nearest train station on our return. We are extremely grateful to her for this generosity! The apartment was also spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. We particularly enjoyed the morning cappuccino in the park directly opposite, at Gabriel's – it made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you Cinzia for your kindness and helpfulness. We immediately felt at home in this beautiful, stylish accommodation. The apartment is very clean, spacious and tastefully furnished. The small kitchen offers everything you need and on the spacious terrace we could enjoy the sun. Particularly noteworthy is the breakfast, which is lovingly prepared and rich. The accommodation is very quietly located in the mountains and the host was very warm and helpful. Thank you, Luca for the pleasant time! :-)

Was an easy check in. Roberta was very responsive throughout my stay. Flat is in the old area of Iglesias, but when the shutters are closed, it's incredibly quiet and you wouldn't think you were in the middle of a thriving street. Roberta was very welcoming. She gave lots of ideas of places where to potentially go. Found staying at Roberta's flat, was a good base to go off to different beaches and places of interest. Flat was spacious, clean, light. There are lots of amenities in the flat and added extras, i.e. coffee, tea, olive oil etc, which makes a difference. Loved staying at Roberta's place. Thank you Roberta. hope I'm able to come back again soon.

the apartment is just like in the photos at the top of the slope. So remote and quiet. Only those who are good on foot can also go to the wide beach without a car. The nearby village of Sant Anna Arresi is small but nice, with shopping and restaurants.

The apartment is very well located with respect to the historic center Furnished with great taste. We had a good time and we absolutely recommend it

This was one of the best holidays me and my wife have ever had. Tatiana was absolutely brilliant with us. I would highly recommend staying here. There is a bus route which takes you into the city, but this location is perfect for beaches (absolutely amazing) restaurants, supermarket and pharmacy. We will definitely go back, if not this year, definitely next.

Lovely apartment with a great view, located a few steps away from anything you might need. Mauro is a great host, extremely responsive and also proactive. Only downside is that the lift doesn’t work so not ideal if you have a lot to carry up - other than that, a great stay in Cagliari. We would go back :)

Those were wonderful days in the tastefully furnished apartment in the beautiful house of the very hospitable Corrado in a scenic pine grove!

My wife and I found the apartment to be well-equipped and very clean. It has two balconies—one facing east and the other west—allowing us to enjoy the sun at both ends of the day. Perd'e Sali, located just outside of Pula, doesn't have many facilities or much of a beach, but the warm, turquoise sea is delightful and comes up very close to the property. In the area, there is only one café, one restaurant, and a pharmacy by the harbour, which is a pleasant ten minute walk from the apartment. Anna provides a couple of bicycles for her guests, but having a car is essential if you want to go further afield. Pula has many good Italian restaurants and a great supermarket, Jolly's. Additionally, there are some beautiful beaches and coastlines south of Chia, which is about a 30-minute drive from Perd'e Sali. We recommend this property, and Anna was a lovely host.

We had a great time at Flavia's apartment. Flavia is very nice and welcomed us very warmly. The accommodation is perfectly located with sea views and private beach access. Beware of mosquitoes, though ;)

We found the days in Sardinia wonderful, perfect location by the sea, the apartment offered everything you need for a pleasant stay. Pietro was always responsive and immediately responded to our questions. We will be happy to come back.

You have all you need, super kitchen, super bathroom, balcony, quite room, great bedroom, AC, parking, fridge, coffeemachine which is great, everything super nice! :-) The hosts are so friendly and super nice and we would come back exactly here, because it‘s close to Cagliari (nice city with good coffees and restaurants), close to Costa Rei, close to Costa Sul and you can do everything surrounded by car easily. There is also a super nice beach close to the apartment, if you want a quick dive into nice blue water. Just a perfect place to be and we enjoyed it so much! More than 5 stars :-)

Outstanding locartion with an amazing view. The place has everything you need. Our host was a fantastic.This was our best holiday. You are very close to a beach with sand dunes (ideal to see sunsets) and another beach with a bay where you can snorkel and see different fish. The water is crystal clear.

Erika was an extraordinary host. Amazing cozy terrace, very tastefully decorated. In the apartment is a cute rustic kitchen, dining table and a sofa. Very quiet bedroom with queen bed, a large sunny bathroom and a well equipped utility room. The ad should qualify as apartment with breakfast because there was so much food and drinks just for the two of us. I was stunned by the hospitality. There were also beach towels at our disposal as well as sun umbrella, sunscreen and few other useful things you don’t find in ordinary apartments. Erika was checking regularly if we needed anything. One of the best experiences so far, definitely worth the price!

What a gorgeous place to stay! We chose the location because it looked peaceful, away from the busy city, and near to the water. It was exactly what we wanted - waking up to the sound of the sea, and stunning sunsets on the balcony. It felt very private with lots of places to sit depending on your mood - sun loungers, shaded balconies, outdoor table, or a comfy sofa inside. Everything you need is just a short drive away, and we parked in the large train station car park when we visited Cagliari - 15 Euros all day, pay at the machine. There are loads of lovely sandy beaches heading East along the coast, from 10 to 40 mins away, with free parking. The house was spacious, spotlessly clean and smelled wonderful! The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were dark with the shutters closed. The hot tub was really nice, comfy, everything worked, and we loved watching the sunset from there. Taty & Luca were outstanding hosts, thank you so much for everything!

Wonderful walkable place that fit our entire family. So many great places to eat right outside the door and my 5 year old really enjoyed being so close to the pick up for the train.

We had the best of time! Great place to stay if you like privacy. Quiet, calm and very nice appartment in the bottom floor of the house, air conditioned. There were tables, chairs and sunbeds around the pool, free to use as desired. We loved the pool, and the bubblepool was great, not heated but that was not needed either. Our kids loved the pool (parents too). We had our own parking behind locked gates. We really recommend this place! There is a need to use car or taxi, maybe bus if you would like to go to a resturant, this wasn’t a problem for us, we made most of our meals in our kitchen.

The flat was beautiful, spacious, and even better than the photos! A very modern interior and two beautiful garden spaces, one for relaxing and one for the hot tub. The outside shower had hot water and very convenient for the hot tub. Air conditioning in every room and well equipped kitchen and bathroom. We were able to find a regular parking spot a few streets away, and everything was mostly walkable anyway. Would highly recommend and wish we could’ve stayed longer :)

Really lovely Airbnb. Clear instructions of getting in and the place was spotless. Walkable distance to the city centre and a lovely view of the coastline from the rooftop.

This is a lovely place within a minute's walk from the beautiful beach of Poetto. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds very comfortable. The bathroom is excellent. There is a even a large, sunny private courtyard type terrace. The apartment feels like a house and has its own entrance. Parking is free in the area and it is generally easy to find a space. The price is also very reasonable compared to other properties in the area. Marco is a very responsive host and I would definitely return.

Giulio has always been there for you throughout the stay to solve any problem. Beautiful and clean room, great and central area, perfect for walking.
