The living room was fantastic. Very nice apartment, clean and fresh. In a few minutes by scooter or car you can reach beautiful beaches. Very precious Cristina who was always very helpful and made us feel at home and pampered from start to finish, she gave us great advice and really went above and beyond, fulfilling all our requests with kindness and cordiality. You can go with your eyes closed!

The accommodation was great... The view from the kitchen, air conditioning, outdoor shower and access to the owner were perfect. The location of the accommodation turned out to be a bit impractical for us, because it was necessary to travel far to reach the beautiful beaches. But the beach right below the accommodation is nice and the restaurants nearby met expectations.

Salvatore and his family welcomed us in the most heart-warming way. They took the time to show us the self-built home, provided refreshments and invited us to a stroll to a nearby beach where we could watch the sunset. We felt immediately at home and could not ask for anything else. The accommodation with its terraces, little private beach and idyllic location is a piece of paradise. It's quiet and peaceful - perfect for some relaxing days in the sun or a trip to the capital. The family provided us with useful information about activities and restaurants around and were always available within a short time, whenever we had a question. We definitely want to return to Sardinia and especially this beautiful place soon and are grateful for the experience of this little piece of heaven.

Francesca’s apartment is just beautiful; The bedrooms are large and very comfortable - I slept so soundly. The kitchen is lovely and fully equipped and functional with the attached balcony to sit and have coffee. The living area feels like home and the frescoes throughout are warm and relaxing. Francesca was really the best hostess - she gifted wine, beer, tea and coffee to make our arrival very pleasant and she gave us so many recommendations for restaurants, beaches and activities. I felt completely at home and would love to stay in this beautiful building again in the future. It’s an easy drive over to Cagliari and all the beaches in the area.

We loved our vacation at Constanza and Mauro's property. The house and pool are very well maintained and everything is pleasantly clean. We were able to sleep super well, because it is very quiet in the residential area; the air conditioning was also a blessing in the warm temperatures. We had great playground equipment on site, such as a pool volleyball game and a table tennis table, which was a lot of fun. Near the house there are beautiful sandy beaches, and we enjoyed the nights in Cagliari as a family very much and had wonderful food, e.g. in the Aquarium - a great pizzeria, restaurant and bar under palm trees. We got great excursion tips from Constanza, so it was very varied and relaxing for us at the same time. Thank you so much for our great family vacation. We'd love to come back and recommend your place with all our heart.

Simone and Erika’s house is beautiful, spacious, clean, by the sea, big garden. A perfect relaxing place for holidays close to nice beaches. We would of like to have all the rules before arrival as there are quite a few and if you don’t follow all the rules you would get charged extra €€, i understand they need to put some rules but maybe for the next host better to send them before arrival. Small apartment in the center of the island of Sant'Antioco with sea views and surrounded by a nice view. Some misunderstanding during the stay about the operation of some services in the villa, but clarified immediately thanks to the great generosity and courtesy of the owner's parents and from herself. An incredible place, very soulful, beautiful, cozy, and convenient. Very clean and very spacious (much more spacious than it looks in the photos) A stunning beach is just a 3-5 minute walk away, as well as a supermarket and cafes. We stayed as a family, myself, my husband, and our daughter, and we were very sad to leave after three days. Deborah is wonderful and responsive! We highly recommend this beautiful house. Efisio and Luisa were amazing hosts. Luisa sent recommendations for restaurants that really saved us that first night when we were getting in late. The place was clean and really nice, just like the pictures. Having an off-street parking space was a huge bonus since parking is impossible to find in a city like this.

We are in the countryside. the accommodation is simple but very functional. The outdoor kitchen, the large terrace and the barbecue at the top. With the large garden, you feel very comfortable. Ideal for our 4-legged companions. The central position is never too far from many sites and beaches. The village offers full amenities. Isaco very responsive in advance (we didn't need to ask him during the stay). Small tip to access the accommodation, you have to exit the main road at the terminal km VII / 74. We recommend it.

Very nice house, in the middle of the countryside with wonderful views of mountains and sea. The pool and garden are fantastic and the hosts very nice and helpful. You should know that some dogs live upstairs, which you can also hear from time to time, but they are very well behaved. It is a 5-minute drive to the beach. Overall a very nice stay.

Great place if you want to stay in walk in distance to the beach which is beautiful and family friendly. Location is great however no restaurants or shops nearby you’ll need a car. There is a nice, shady playground next to the apartment which is great with children.

The house is very spacious and well kept , we loved the gate to the beach. There is a bbq and a pizza oven as well as a good equipped kitchen. Rooms are really nice and there is plenty of room for a group of people Overall a really good experience!

We loved the place, it is really peacefull and easy to find. The owner helped us with suggestions about beaches, restaurants. My favourite thing about the place is the gated outdoor space, so the children can run without fear.

Monica and the Right House team were fantastic! After a horrible airbnb experience earlier that day, we were looking for last minute accommodation of somewhere else to spend the night at 9pm and Monica and her team answered us quickly even at the late hour to confirm our reservation. She also met us at 10:30pm to check us in personally. It was such a relief after a very unsettling experience earlier in the day. Her home is in arguably one of the best streets in Cagliari. Very clean flat, just like the photos, felt very safe, and was comfortable. It was so nice to open the balcony doors and let in fresh air and hear the sounds of the city. With windows closed it was very quiet! We spent two nights there. If you're going to Cagliari for a city trip Monica's place is great. You can walk everywhere. Note: there is not free parking nearby, you need to park in a garage ~10 mins walk away. You will not be disappointed by booking here. :)

Friendly, kind, very helpful, absolutely recommended! Excellent location, modern and practical accommodation with all comforts, in the center so easy to get around on foot, 10 minutes by car from the beach. Being in the center, the choice of restaurants is very wide. Door that opens onto the street, so it's very convenient to get in and out. Absolutely recommended!

Staying with Cristina and Paolo was a wonderful experience. They were very nice people and helpful. The clean and tidy apartment has everything you need for a family of 4. Super spacious kitchen and living area with everything you need for cooking. Also use private off-street parking if needed. Within walking distance is a small beach and shops, as well as restaurant, pharmacy, MD supermarket and etc. If they drive a little further, they have the most beautiful beaches with turquoise waters. I can only recommend another stay with Cristina and Paolo.

We had a great stay at Elisa's place with our 2 small children. The house is big and well maintained, very clean and has everything you need. We loved the dogs, cat and horses. Especially the closed patio with the BBQ was great! The pool has some nice shade in the afternoon, perfect for kids.

What an amazing place! Andrea and Svetlana were great hosts, making sure we had everything we needed for our stay and very easy to talk to if we needed anything or for recommendations of what to do in the area. The place is well equipped with everything you need, with a full kitchen, comfy bed and lovely relaxing garden and pool! We couldn’t have asked for anything more ☺️ The area where the villa is situated is absolutely beautiful with some amazing beaches and restaurants nearby, but I would recommend having a car to really explore the island. We only managed to see a small part of what Sardinia has to offer, but this is a perfect base to explore the South coast of the island - I would recommend this place to anyone ☺️ thank you!

The location of the flat couldn't be better. It's close to restaurants, shops, and it's easy to get to the beaches. The flat itself is spacious, clean, well-equipped, and very beautiful. I highly recommend it!
