The possibility of parking a vehicle is included in a private car park located next to the apartment. This is an apartment equipped with the necessary basic kitchenware. The access to the apartment is free of architectural barriers (without steps) and is made directly from the street. Upon arrival, an access code will be provided that will allow you to open the entrance door. It is distributed in an entrance hall, living room with kitchenette, bedroom in which the double bed (1.40x2.00) is located with bed linen and full bathroom with shower. It is fully equipped, with the main kitchen services with dishwasher, fridge, Italian coffee maker, air conditioning, iron, bathroom equipped with towels, hairdryer and gel, as well as television and Wifi (600 mb fiber) whose operation is detailed once the reservation is made. It does not have carbon monoxide alarm as it is not necessary, as the heating and kitchen services are electric. There is the possibility of providing the apartment with a high chair or travel cot if the guest needs it, but it is essential that they notify it by Airbnb message once the reservation is made. If you need any additional services to those exposed in the listing, please feel free to request it in case it is in our power to facilitate it or help you achieve it. The apartment is completely at the guest's disposal and you can make use of all the elements described on the website, but you cannot access common areas of the building, such as interior patios, roof, or remain on the stair landings. Access can be done without a person waiting to open them, as being a separate access from the street and having a security box with key to the entrance can be accessed freely once the access code is provided. A door key set is provided inside the box at the entrance to the apartment. In case of loss, a surcharge of €35 will be charged to make a replacement copy. The apartment has internet (fiber of 600 mb) and television with USB port, in case you want to bring your own movies, as well as the DTT with the conventional channels in Spanish and SMARTV. Out of respect for other guests, parties or smoking are not allowed inside the apartment.

Upon entering, there is the living room, which has a sofa that is also a sofa bed (1.35 x 1.90), a 40-inch Smart TV, and a large desk. The room is located on the left side of the living room, it is a spacious room with a 1.60 x 2 double bed with a mattress that invites the rest, it has a large comfortable with a mirror. The bathroom is a normal size. The shower has hot water from a water heater. Shampoo, shower gel, a hair dryer, and shower towels are provided. The kitchen is spacious, includes a dining area, and has everything you need to cook. It has a ceramic stovetop, refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, etc. The apartment is for the exclusive use of the guests. They will always be alone. The apartment has a parking space included in the reservation. The parking space is in a public parking lot, open from 8:00 AM to 10:30 PM, and you can leave the car inside the parking lot at night.

América, Cartagena and Prosperidad. 15 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes from the national bus terminal. Bernabeu Stadium nearby. My home is located in elegant Chamberí district, in Central Madrid, with direct underground connections to the airport, all historical landmarks (Royal Palace, Prado Museum, Gran Vía...) and both high-speed-train stations. It has a 35m2 living room, a 12 metre long balcony, a kitchen, a bathroom and bedroom. It is very sunny, has beautiful views upon a palace and gardens, and not a single step from outside. This is my own home, where I live myself when in Madrid, so it is very well equipped.
