The place is quiet and ideal to rest at night while being close to hotspots and restaurants of all kinds. Underground is just 2 minutes away - if you take it, you will get to Gran Vía or Sol in 15-20 minutes.

The most important thing is the noise from the neighbors. I don't allow parties or drinking. Perfect cleaning included. Lots of light, quiet neighborhood, subway in front, you'll love it. Especially for couples or people who are taking exams, there is no noise. It fits 3 people. Wi-Fi. Super-equipped. For parking, there is a green and blue paid area, I rent parking for a low price, as long as I don't need it. Note, I'm booking the whole weekend. There are supermarkets nearby, bars, park, etc.
