This apartment is 5 minutes from Dax, 30 minutes from the beaches, 1 hour from Spain and 1.5 hours from the mountain or Bordeaux. It is strategically placed to be able to visit the department and especially the Landes, Dax and La Chalosse coasts among so many other things to see. It's at the back of our house We've completely redone it and rented it since May 2023 It is warm in a Cabin/Chalet style and fully equipped to make your stay as comfortable as possible

In the countryside, close to Dax (40 min from the ocean, 1 hour from the Pyrenees) quiet family house that can accommodate up to 6 people. Guests can enjoy a large lot + swimming pool (5x11m) accessible from May 15 to October 1, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, petanque court, available to hosts. Private parking in enclosed courtyard. Pets are not allowed except in exceptional cases upon prior request. Owners on site (basement with independent entrance)

Relax in this new and elegant accommodation in a quiet and modern residence. There is a parking space reserved for the apartment in the residence, as well as a secure room for bicycles. Close to all amenities (bakery, supermarket, shuttle for spa guests), it is fully equipped. You don't have to plan ahead. The apartment is 45 m2 on the ground floor with a private and fenced garden of 50 m2. There is high speed wifi and a TV box of about fifty channels.

My little house is available for occasional rental :) With its two bedrooms and garden, it can accommodate different groups: families, friends, tourists, workers... Located in a small quiet subdivision in the heart of Pontonx, you will find all amenities nearby and accessible on foot or by bike! Renovated (almost) entirely in 2020: the bathroom and toilet are the only two rooms not renovated but which obviously remain functional and clean!

You will live in an independent part that is not overlooked. DAX 15 minutes MER 45 min SPAIN 1 hr 15 min As a musician, I have set up a rehearsal room equipped with sound that I can make available to you if you want to isolate yourself to write, compose, work on a repertoire or a show.
