The 18th century Villa di Geggiano, surrounded by vineyards and lovingly cared gardens, is located in the Chianti area near Siena, one of the most beautiful regions of Italy which will provide an idyllic and enchanting backdrop to your vacation. Our guesthouse is located in one of the garden pavilions of the villa.

Relax at this newly renovated sun filled apartment in the heart of the Città del Vino, Terricciola. On the first floor, it boasts its own private terrace with BBQ. All home comforts were carefully thought out during the renovation process. The bedroom has a matrimonial size bed with memory foam mattress & pillows. The kitchen has all modern appliances + The bathroom has a large shower with toilet, bidet & sink. Laundry is outside on the terrace with a full size washing machine. Come & enjoy!

Agriturismo il Selvino is a Tuscan farmhouse with swimming pool and restaurant, in Terricciola, between Pisa and Volterra. The farmhouse is located about 35 minutes from the most beautiful beaches of Tuscany and close to many places rich in history and culture. The estate has a total of 10 apartments, and a swimming pool with a large flower garden surrounded by beautiful olive trees available to its guests. Each apartment has its own outdoor space with private table, chairs and umbrella.

Church of the Vaioni

An ancient deconsecrated church dating back to the early 1900s, originally built as a private chapel of Villa Philipson. Chiesino Dei Vaioni has a loft structure with two double bedrooms on two separate mezzanines. Outside, there is a kitchen with a wood-burning oven, private gardens with a tree-lined avenue and an olive grove. The gates and internal stairs were built by the Antica Fonderia Michelucci. Chiesino Dei Vaioni is immersed in the Tuscan countryside just minutes from the city.

The apartment (55 sqm) is located on the upper floor of the old country house, which we converted in the Tuscan style, with its own terrace. The apartment can accommodate 2-4 people. The house, on the southern slope of Morrona, is very quiet, close to the village, which can be reached on foot in 3 minutes. There is a small alimentari and a café/bar. Ideal location for exploring Tuscany. Pisa, Volterra, San Gimignano, Lucca, Florence and the coast are all less than an hour's drive away
