Superb location. Peaceful setting. Well appointed villa. Comfy settees and bed. Well equipped kitchen. Effective Wi Fi but no TV. Ideally situated for getting train to Naples and Rome. 15 min drive to local railway station where parking cost 8€ a day. Managed to visit Herculaneum, Pompeii, Rome for two days , Monte Cassino which boasts the most beautiful cathedral, local beaches at Sperlonga are beautiful and old Gaeta town which is well worth a visit. Mary and Salvatore were superb, super responsive in addressing any queries we had. Welcome pack was greatly appreciated. You must have a car to be able to enjoy this villa. Highly recommended

The house was impeccable, extremely clean and cared for in every detail. Staying there was like feeling at home, a cozy and comfortable environment. The host is a very kind person, always available and attentive to every need. I highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for a place to relax without worries

Everything was fantastic. Such a beautiful and peaceful area and the hosts were very kind and welcoming! Homemade crostata waiting for us upon arrival and even dropped down a fresh homemade cake while we were there. Perfetto!

Flawless apartment, perfect location one step away from Serapo beach. Alessia and Tania are very kind and super helpful. We arrived after a long trip with two small children and found all the comforts possible, which is not at all obvious

Irene was a perfect host. Greeted us when we got there, filled the fridge with some drinks, and had small breakfast snacks on the table. Place was exactly how she described and she was very easy to get in touch with.

We really enjoyed our stay at Emina’s house. Drinking espresso’s in the morning in the gardens with amazing view, cooking in the excellent equipped kitchen, evenings by the fire place. And the surroundings with al few beautiful beaches at 15 min drive and historical towns nearby made our holiday with kids a lot of fun. We would definitely recommend!

Wednesday, your place is all about detail. Every little thing is in the right place, and that combined with the nicest view and authentic garden made for a wonderful stay. When we return to Italy, we will make the detour to stay with you again.

We booked this villa for the Easter and Easter Monday holidays, there were 12 of us, strategic location and breathtaking views. To be returned to with the opening of the pool. Antonio and Pasquale were very kind and helpful. A 5-star experience!

Eleonora was a great host! Also responsive and helpful with our numerous questions. The house is well equipped and the pool was perfect, even for begging of October. The area is calm and enjoyed it to relax with our baby. Thank you Eleonora!

We spent a wonderful time with our family at Novella in the very nice rural house with an eclectic garden and a small refreshing pool. There we had a lot of peace to read and otherwise we went by car to the nearby sandy beach and by train to Rome and Naples. We could park the car at the train station. Novella gave us many helpful tips on eating and swimming on site and was always available otherwise. Absolutely recommended to anyone looking for peace away from mass tourism and still want to enjoy the culture and beach nearby.

I stay in an oasis of peace within a golf club, the house is surrounded by nature. Comfortable, clean apartment with all services. The owners are always available. Absolutely recommended for both leisure and business trips.

We spent a month in the apartment. We had such a good time. The apartment was great. It was modern and fresh. The beds were very nice. The view of the valley was amazing and the pool was really nice. We can highly recommend this accommodation. Please be mindful to follow the instruction on how to drive to arrive at the apartment. Cathy's instruction is very clear and follow it because then you get it right. We did it and it turned out very well. GPS shows a different route. Cathy and Malcolm are very helpful and nice. Absolutely a super host! We are so happy with our stay!

I recommend this house more than more than more. Especially having stayed in other houses before… and especially Francesca She is friendly, kind, caring. The house is extremely well equipped with sheets, towels, flour, sugar …. Everything you need The pool, the balls⚽️, the sunbathing, the calm, the beautiful garden is very pleasant and relaxing I would definitely stay again and the kids would too. The house is very nice, clean and functional. The location is great, right in the center and a stone's throw from a large free parking lot. We had a great time.

Massimo's apartment is really nice. Very close to the Isola del Liri waterfall, inside the historic center. We were passing through but staying on the island is something to do, because the surroundings have so much to offer. Thanks for hosting!

Sara and her husband Lorenzo were kind and caring, polite, respectful hosts and made us feel at home. The apartment is better than how it is shown in the photos, very large spaces and beautiful garden where our 6 and 11 year old children were able to play and have fun. We arrived by car from Milan and always moved around with our vehicle discovering Rome and its surroundings, visiting the places of interest and the typical culinary proposals of the area

Our stay for more than 1 month was amazing! The house is huge, it has a piano and a game room with ping pong table that we used a lot! It has really nice bedrooms, living rooms and places to hang. The house was very clean and the owner insisted on cleaning the house ones a week to change sheets and cleaning the bathroom in each bedroom. My only little downgrade was that the Kitchen is a little small but well equipped and clean. Much recommended!

The place was great. The location was perfect to restaurants , shopping and beach. The host even picked us up at the airport when we arrived :-).

We spent a simply perfect Easter Monday in this beautiful home. There were eight of us and we were very comfortable: the spaces are large, well-kept and welcoming, perfect for enjoying a relaxing moment in company. One of the most beautiful surprises was being able to see the horses up close: an experience that made everything even more special, especially for those of us who love nature and animals. Special thanks go to Marco, the host, who was extremely kind and helpful from the very start. Even when we had some difficulty lighting the embers, he immediately made himself available to help us, with great patience and a smile. We can't help but mention Marco's sweet mother, who was uniquely kind, making us feel welcomed as family. Everything was perfect: the organization, the atmosphere, the hospitality. A day we will carry in our hearts and hope to repeat soon. Highly recommended!
