Beautiful accommodation to spend a weekend in peace with friends, the owners were hospitable and always available for anything you needed, the house is tidy and clean, the view is splendid. We will be happy to return.

Antonio is a very nice host who always takes care of the house and his guests. The 4 apartments were very good and also convenient for our group vacation. Parking is more than enough on the property as cars are also mandatory to get to the house. Furthermore, the pool is very good and also very large. Enough space to have fun. Antonio came several times to clean the pool, which was very good. Other shade options such as umbrellas or another pavilion would be good, otherwise you have to take them with you beforehand.

It is a tidy and cozy accommodation in a peaceful countryside. You can feel the host's sincerity in the house. But it was a little cold. I was satisfied with everything else.

Everything was just perfect… The apartment offered such varieties. One day we played outside in the beautiful square… While the next we went and saw all of the amazing towns throughout the area. Rina and her family were so kind and accommodating. We would have stayed for many more weeks if possible. Couldn’t recommend more!

Marco's apartment is a great base for exploring the rest of Umbria. So many beautiful towns nearby: Bevagna, Trevi, Todi, Spello, Spoleto, Assisi... The photos really don't do the apartment justice. The bed was super comfortable, and there were plenty of linens and towels for our 2 week stay. The bathroom is enormous! We enjoyed having cocktails on the front terrace and watching the sunset. The apartment was very easy to find. Marco's family were all very nice and friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed.

Very nice and well-kept place, the house is in great condition with basic products (shampoo, body soap, salt, etc.) that are very useful. Very kind staff and always available. Located in the greenery and with a large garden and 3 very nice dogs. Great experience

We had a wonderful staying in Marco’s place, the house was fully equipped, beds very comfortable, we cooked, walked, slept very well surrounded by nature. Marco’s mum made us a crostata the we got to enjoy in a beautiful sunny afternoon. We live in Rome and will definitely go back to this house!

A wonderful place, secluded, perfect for those who want to be quiet. The garden in front of the house has sun loungers, a pergola with chairs and tables is a marvel with direct views of the lake. Eating outdoors during the sunset on Lake Bolsena was wonderful. A place I recommend to all couples who want some privacy. Not very suitable for families with small children. Convenient location to visit Viterbo, Orvieto and all the beauty of the surroundings. Hello, the managers who immediately responded to any of our questions and requests. Luca's apartment is a gem, in different respects. Internally it is true to the description, cared for in the smallest details, you could live there, nothing is missing. So it's a rare place to find, higher than what you can find for short rentals on average. The location is equally happy(immersed in a forest, 100 meters from the shops of Pian del Quiero) and allows you to go from the silence of the trees to the voices of tourists in an instant. Finally, I would like to point out Luca's kind availability, always prompt, courteous and effective when we needed his help. If I could give it 6 stars!!!

We were happy to start the days for breakfast all together in the large common room, equipped with all the comforts, namely kitchen , sofas, and wonderful views on each side of the Umbrian countryside. The lavender bushes, the pomegranate trees, the flowers around your liking: a natural environment ideal for relaxing and staying with friends! Awesome! And then we had the opportunity to visit the beautiful historic center of Todi not far away and reach other villages in a short time. A unique experience to recommend and repeat. Lucia

I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful property, and it was a fantastic experience from every point of view. The apartment is exactly as described in the listing: clean, cozy and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location is ideal, with easy access to nearby shops and tourist resorts. the garden is beautiful and equipped with a barbecue area and the view is open to the valley. Daniela was extremely kind and helpful, responding quickly to all my questions. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free stay. I look forward to returning, perhaps in the summer.

This apartment was very unique and made for a memorable experience. Civita di Bagnoregio is a tiny little town. After we checked in, we took a bottle of wine to the balcony and sat there for a couple hours talking before having a wonderful meal at a local restaurant. The hosts were kind enough to make a reservation for us there. We only stayed one night, but I would love to go back!

This is our second time staying in La Casetta di Viterbo and like the previous one we had a great time. Communication with Geneva was quick and effective, the house is clean and cozy, the check-in and check-out process is clear and simple. We'll definitely be back!

Chiara’s home was wonderful. Very cozy and comfortable. She was a great host with clear instructions about things in the home which could sometimes get confusing when you’re visiting from another country. My group really enjoyed their stay here. I would recommend her home to anyone visiting the city!

The apartment was clean, and I especially liked that the parking lot was spacious and comfortable. They prepared simple refreshments, so it was better ^ ^ The owner explained the tourist attractions and provided directions, so I was able to use it well. It was a good accommodation.

Very clean and well equipped apartment. Small kitchen with living room and large bedroom with comfortable bed. Ideal location for exploring Umbria by car. 30-60 minutes to all main attractions. Large supermarket nearby. Nicoletta is a very nice hostess, immediate response to all questions and requests!

Rita was very welcoming! We do not speak Italian and Rita speaks very little English but she was so welcoming and the place was wonderful! She made sure we felt at home! Peaceful place to sleep and the view was wonderful! She also gave us a welcome basket with her olive oil from her farm! The price of the Airbnb is very reasonable, but she does charge a small fee if you use the ac/heater. We came at a perfect time of year and didn’t have to use it!

The flat was spotless, cozy, and full of character, making it feel like a true home away from home. Simona was incredible and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We truly felt cared for and relaxed throughout our visit. I can't recommend this place enough — we are already dreaming of coming back!

The owners are kind, nice and always available for our needs. Clean, fragrant and functional apartment, pity that the windows of the two bedrooms have a view facing the wall but when open air circulates and light comes from above. Swimming pool always kept clean and sunbeds, tables, chairs, umbrellas and gazebos of excellent quality are available. Ping-pong table and barbecue are also available. Clean and tidy garden. In the evening everything is lit up including the pool. Covered parking. Pleasant stay.
