we rented the villa for a week. we really enjoyed the entire place and especially the garden. the villa was very clean also all place was quite and Mr Levent was a helpful person as well. if I have the chance I'll definitely rent it again. I really recommend. Thanks🎉🎉

No wonder Mr. Sefa has such a high rate. He was absolutely helpful and kind. The apartment was just like the photos, the kitchen has everything you need. There is a big parking garage underground which was so important for me. The building is safe and secured as we were with our child we felt safe. I would absolutely recommend this apartment If you are looking for a place in the Asian side of Istanbul

The apartment was even better than the pictures! Very clean, well decorated, spacious and above all with a huge balcony with an absolutely magnificent sea view – a real joy at any time of the day. The host was warm, available and always attentive, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this rental and would be happy to come back!

We liked it very much as a place, because of the garden, it was very good for the house due to the fact that the house is wooden, but you do not spend time in the house, it makes a little noise when you walk, but you are just going to sleep, so it is not very disturbing, thanks to the host, it was very kind and caring, thank you very much, we stayed very satisfied.

We stayed about a week and home owner was super nice. They met us in the late night and showed apartment. Everything we needed was in there. Kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms were super clean. We had a great time and very thankful for them!
