Konum, manzara harika. Huzur dolu bir yer, tamamen size ait, terasta rahat rahat oturabiliyorsunuz. Kesinlikle gelin kalın, ev sahibi çok tatlı bir kadın. Her konuda hızlı dönüş yapıyor. Biz çok memnun kaldık, teşekkür ederiz

Giriş yaptığımızda bizi karşılayan ev sahibimiz gerekli herşeyi güler yüzü ile anlattı.Ev içerisinde misafirlerin konforu için en ince ayrıntısına kadar herşey düşünülmüş ayrıca çok güzel bir konuma sahipti. Baştan sona harika bir deneyimdi! Tekrar tercih edeceğim.

Great area, beautiful house with amazing terrace views. We were running extremely late into the evening due to the ferry departures but our host kept in contact without throughout the entire time until we arrived and had checked in. Thank you again for a wonderful accommodation!

Ben normalde başka bir yere rezervasyon yapmıştım. Ancak ev sahibi benimle temasa geçmediği için rezervasyonumu iptal edip son dakikada Barış beyin evini rezerve ettim. Kendisi benimle hemen temasa geçerek bir çok tavsiyede ve öneride bulundu. Çok samimi ve içten davrandı. Evinde kendi evimdeymişim gibi konakladım. Harika bir ev sahibi. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Kendisine de teşekkür ederim.

No wonder Mr. Sefa has such a high rate. He was absolutely helpful and kind. The apartment was just like the photos, the kitchen has everything you need. There is a big parking garage underground which was so important for me. The building is safe and secured as we were with our child we felt safe. I would absolutely recommend this apartment If you are looking for a place in the Asian side of Istanbul

Good experience, I will book it next time. Value/money and the view to the sea! I like the location as it is closed to the running/walking path along the seaside. Parking was not always easy, but manageable to find (up to 5 walking minutes away). I saw bus stop, but did not use - cannot judge. Next to the house there is to a shopping mall, if you need something, lots of restaurants, for the grocery shopping better use delivery service, though there is a (expensive) supermarket in the mall. Internet connection was stable to work, but it is not suitable for the remote work as only has a small tea table. We had a little hiccup with the entrance magnet card, but our host sorted out it quickly with the security team. Note: read carefully description: things which are not listed are missing, do not assume it is there (like clutter and toilet paper), though it would be good to include it. Gym is 20 EUR for 1 time.

We stayed about a week and home owner was super nice. They met us in the late night and showed apartment. Everything we needed was in there. Kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms were super clean. We had a great time and very thankful for them!

Cute apartment in a private compound, only five minutes drive from the airport, we took a yellow cab and the fare was about 200 TL. The location is very convenient, there is a mall next to it, and plenty of restaurants, all within a walking distance. Derya was always responsive and helpful, she’s very friendly and will definitely stay at her place again

Murat Bey’in konaklama imkanı sunduğu ev, fotoğraflarda ve konumda belirtildiği gibiydi. Bursa’nın merkezinde, her türlü imkan ve olanağa sahip düzgün bir muhitteydi. Ev tertemizdi ve konaklamalarda ihtiyacı karşılayacak her şey düşünülmüştü. Mikrodalga fırın, havlular, peçeteler, temizlik malzemeleri, mutfak gereçleri her şey vardı. Ek olarak eşyalar, duvar renkleri, tablolar ve ışıklandırmalar zevkle seçilmiş. Asansör önemli bir bonustu. Kendinizi evinizde gibi hissedebilirsiniz. Ailem ve köpeğimiz ile konakladık, herkes çok memnun kaldı. Tekrar teşekkür ederiz, ileride yine görüşmek dileğiyle…

It was a pleasant experience. The location is fantastic—very walkable and conveniently situated with easy access from the main square. It was a great base for exploring the island. However, I did encounter a couple of issues during my stay. Firstly, the absence of air conditioning made the nights a bit uncomfortable, especially during warmer weather. Additionally, being close to the mosque meant that the morning prayers could be quite loud, which made it difficult to sleep in. Despite these minor inconveniences, I enjoyed my time there and would recommend it for those looking for a charming spot in a great location.

The apartment was clean and comfortable, with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The house is located on a hill, a 5-minute walk to the sea. Chain supermarkets are within walking distance. You can park your car on the street next to the house. Bashar gave all the necessary instructions to get into the apartment. Answered questions immediately. Of the minuses: not a working iron, lack of Wi-Fi. Overall, I liked everything and would stay with Bashar again.
