The apartment was conveniently located in a vibrant and secure neighborhood of Kadikoy, with plenty of great restaurants and nightlife options within walking distance. Spacious apartment with a lot of amenities and well-equipped kitchen. We enjoyed the billiard, piano, home cinema and the terrace. Host is very nice and responsive. Totally recommended!

My girlfriend and I stayed for our anniversary, it's a 15-minute walk to the center, although it's a little far, the house is very quiet, and there are transportation options in front of it if you want. Mr. Ercan and his wife communicated very well and helped, there is a different view from every window of the house (even in the bathroom), the windows are covered with mosquito nets, the cleaning is good, I recommend it.

Very nice Place to stay! Quiet at night and easy to get around!

Except for the snafu finding the key to get into the apartment (the cleaner had moved things around) our stay at Sercan's apartment was above expectations. It was a quiet, private neighbourhood. The apartment was new and uncluttered but not without artistic touches. The sofas and beds were comfortable. There are inside and outside blinds to keep out light for sleeping and the area is very quiet. The locks and security on the doors were topnotch. The metro station was only 4 blocks away and was about 6 stops to where all the tourist action is in Istanbul. There were great restaurants and bakeries and corner stores. Do not miss having a Turkish breakfast at Ethem Efendi Kahvalti, 2 blocks from the apartment. We also ate twice at Mis Uludag Doner Lahmacun ve Pide about a 10 minute walk away. After travelling for 2 weeks we really appreciated having a place where the 3 of us could spread out and do laundry. We Highly Recommend!

The view, the peace it gives and especially the hospitality and hospitality of Ms. Berna who works there made our trip better. It will be a memory I haven't forgotten. The help and interest of our host to us was that we couldn't see it in many places. Thank you so much again.

The host prepared everything in advance that I don’t have worry about anything …. All the guidance was provided in advance about location. There are nice restaurants and beautiful sea site nearby. I highly recommend the place and looking forward to come again in the coming future. Beautiful house for big family stay.

The location is amazing! Even better than the photos. There is a very sweet neighborhood dog who will come and sleep on the porch each night. It’s very quiet and very peaceful and easy walk down the hill to the coffee shop and the main thoroughfare. Our host was very responsive and flexible when our flight was delayed. We would definitely stay here again and hope to do so in the future.
