Vacation rentals with beach access in Termal

I utterly enjoyed my stay. The duplex is very comfortable, well decorated, comfortable, very clean, roomy, easily useable by a family, great bathrooms...simply put amazing. I would not hesitate for a second booking Serkan's place again. Also, if it's your first time in Istanbul, fear not. Destina, is very responsive, was so great on helpful hints regarding the city, gives very clear directions on check-in/out, how to control temp, etc...just great and really elevated the stay by eliminating any angst when it comes to the city and/or apartment. Lastly, highly, highly recommend this apartment. A big thank you to Serkan and Destina for making my travels amazing.

Great place if you want to stay on the Asian side of Istanbul. Couch turns into a sofa bed and is quite big and comfortable. Place is well insulated making it good for a winter stay. Also a really nice Turkish restaurant around 3 minute walk from the apartment. Close walk to the beach as well which I’d imagine would be an ideal walking spot in the summer and springs. Overall would recommend this place. Plus there are so many cute cats in the neighbourhood!

We were super satisfied and would be happy to come back! Mohamed was very friendly and flexible, came extra to the apartment and showed us everything. In case of problems, he was immediately available. Everything was clean and tidy. The apartment has a great location right by the sea and above the Istmarina Mall where there are great restaurants and shops. We will be happy to come back!

The host was very kind and communicated exceptionally well. They also offered flexible check-in and check-out times, which made things very convenient. The apartment was clean, well-organized, and had everything I needed. The location is very central and easy to access. Immaculately clean and peaceful stay We loved our short stay (3 nights) as a family of two with a toddler. The apartment is new, spotless, and thoughtfully equipped. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal or two, plus the convenience of a dishwasher and washing machine. One of the best things: it’s completely smoke-free. No trace of cigarette smell—unlike many other Airbnbs or hotels we've stayed at in Turkey. It’s also wonderfully quiet at night, and the comfortable bed with crisp, clean white sheets made for a truly restful sleep. The manager Hasan is very friendly and helpful and he replies to questions promptly. We enjoyed our stay and the proximity to the seashore, metro, and Baghdad street. Thank you very much!

You chose it to spend the weekend, it was one of the best weekends I've had thanks to this house. The house is incredibly peaceful, every detail is incredibly beautiful. Extremely clean. It was incredibly enjoyable to sit on the balcony against the sea view. Ms. Burcu was also very sweet, she took care of us from start to finish. Luna, her cat, was just as sweet, adding color to our weekend. Everything was a great experience.

Derya and Gokce are wonderful humans. They went out of their way to equip the flat with everything that you could possibly need. Everything I though I needed - it was in the flat. I felt like I had my own little abode on Buykada. Thank you for helping me realize my dream of being an Istanbul island boy!

Great area, beautiful house with amazing terrace views. We were running extremely late into the evening due to the ferry departures but our host kept in contact without throughout the entire time until we arrived and had checked in. Thank you again for a wonderful accommodation!

The house welcomed us with a beautiful view on the hill. Our host was in contact for our needs and even allowed us to leave the house late. This house will be our only location every time we come in summer and winter. Thanks for everything.

Ali met us at the ferry terminal on our arrival and took us to our new home for a week. Ali was wonderfully hospitable and showed us around the house. The house was equipped with everything; a lovely garden to sit in with brick BBQ; lots of space for 6 of us; peaceful area - we loved it - located 10-15 mins from the terminal, a very pleasant stroll with many good eateries along the way. We would definitely stay again.

Fethi's place is perfect! The neighbourhood is nice and quiet, a lot of shops are very close. The flat is spacious, clean and cosy, it is as described. I liked the huge bed a lot) There were everything we needed, including a great number of clean towels. The flat is well-equipped, with good kitchen and bathroom. Fithi is a great host, very helpful and relyable. He helped with transfer, provided a lot of tips, and even get a crib for our toddler without me asking! I recommend Fethi's place, and I would like to come back one day)

Such a wonderful place! It was our second time staying here and it's our favorite on the islands. So clean and also close to the water and all the shops without having to go up too much of a hill. 😊

10/10 Must stay location with a couple of notes to help non-Turkish guests to be better prepared. Mustafa is very quick to respond and good at accommodating any issues or problems you may have as an international traveler, if you're a local - you don't need to read further book right away! Bring your essentials, soap, shampoo, the groceries in the area have very limited products. Purchase water on day 1, buy lots of it - I didn't try the tap water (so this may be irrelevant). Be prepared to keep the keys on you at all times, the door uses keys from both sides (common in Istanbul everywhere you go) but this surprised me because you have to be prepared to leave whoever is staying home with the keys but take the fob with you. Mustafa provided me with a solution right away but still important to note. With all that being said, I had no issues speaking English and communicating with Mustafa, his Airbnb is an excellent place to say and really safe. 10/10

**“Perfect stay – Highly recommended!”** My stay at Erfan's was just fantastic. The place was clean, cozy and exactly as described. Erfan was extremely friendly, helpful and always available for questions. The location was ideal and there were lots of nice extras that made the stay even more enjoyable (e.g. shampoo, towels, washing machine, ironing board, etc. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this place!
