The house is very good, in the period of my stay the neighborhood was super quiet, the people of the street even sat at the door at the end of the afternoon to talk. There are two houses next to each other, the garage of the house I stayed in is small but it fits a quiet small car (mine is hatch, it worked) , pick up cars I believe it would no longer fit. The internet is very good, I was able to work online, access to all parts of the city is fast I managed to solve what I needed in the other neighborhoods and also has the comfort to rest in peace when I arrive at the house.

Lucas is a very thoughtful, polite and quick respond host. The building is residential, so it is a simple and family environment. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, the bathrooms were clean and the bed and bath linens available were also very clean. It has air-conditioning in all the rooms and works super well, in addition to the beds being quite comfortable. The location is good and close to the city's various malls. Check-in is super efficient which made our arrival very easy, which were from different people who arrived at different times. I recommend it!

I've stayed for several weeks in this suite over multiple different visits to Teresina. The suite has all the amenities for a long stay and has a central location. It is inside a hotel immediately adjacent to a major road, and there is some noise from traffic and sometimes music from nearby restaurants and bars on the weekends, but the hotel interior is quiet and it's easy to get around the rest of the city from this location. I'm very glad to have this apartment as my home base for six weeks in Teresina!

Maria is a wonderful host! The apartment was extremely clean, organized and cozy. Super hot bed and bedding, well-functioning air conditioning throughout the home. The kitchen is very well equipped with appliances and dishes for everyday life. The building has a grocery store that serves very well the basics needed for a quick breakfast or dinner. Finally, Maria still pampered us with chocolat and cajuína. I recommend the experience to everyone!
