Ellen is super attentive! Always ready to help, answer questions and help in any way she can. Great point of support for you who are going to a new city. I would go back and recommend it to everyone I know! On the first day she took me to buy lunch, and on the other days she always asked if everything was okay, if she could help. I loved it!

I'm not very good at words, but I'm pleased with the stay, an interesting addition about the house is about the air conditioning system in all rooms, which helped massively face the high temperatures of Teresina, especially during the night, when sleeping. The rooms are also large and have a formidable amount of beds, on the other hand, the kitchen is not as spacious as the other rooms, but nothing that negatively affects the experience.

The space is well equipped, comfortable and very, very clean. Indico and would be staying with Maria again.

I've stayed for several weeks in this suite over multiple different visits to Teresina. The suite has all the amenities for a long stay and has a central location. It is inside a hotel immediately adjacent to a major road, and there is some noise from traffic and sometimes music from nearby restaurants and bars on the weekends, but the hotel interior is quiet and it's easy to get around the rest of the city from this location. I'm very glad to have this apartment as my home base for six weeks in Teresina!

Very cozy apartment, everything well organized, beautiful and of excellent quality. Our only problem was the air conditioning in the room that wasn't working, host Raquel super helpful provided an air conditioner but in a 40-degree heat in the city made us have uncomfortable nights. Other than that, that was fine!!!

The stay with Daci was excellent. The owner has several room options, quite comfortable, not shown on the listing. High quality internet and local parking. The residential neighborhood, with good access and trafficability. The leisure area is excellent, but I have not had time to enjoy it. I will certainly return.
