Family unit with three private rooms: bedroom with double bed, bedroom with single beds and bathroom, good for up to 4 people but can also be booked by 1 or 2, who will then use only one of the rooms. For reservations of up to 2 people, if the guest also wants the second room, it will be made available for an additional R$ 30.00 per day. Accommodation with air-conditioning, satellite TV, countertop and independent entrance, which makes it much easier for business travelers.

On this Avenue, you will find shops, restaurants, bars, bakeries, pharmacies, beauty salons, etc. We are a 10-minute drive from the city's 3 malls and 4.2 km from the airport.
