We had a great time visiting Nashville during the CMA Festival. The pretty, quiet neighborhood was a very nice change from the bustle and excitement of downtown (which was super fun!). Hosts Cathy and Randy were very helpful guiding us to what we should see, where to hear music, and good restaurants

We were very comfortable. The suite was well set with great design elements. Coffee and basket of snacks was handy and worked well for a lite breakfast and bedtime snack. House rules and renter instructions were clear. I was pleased that upstairs renters followed the guidelines and began quiet hours at 11 pm. A good comfortable place to stay. The mattress was outstanding. I loved that the TV was strategically placed for watching from the comfortable sofa and the bed. Good touch.

The host was very responsive when I had a question. Seems small, but I loved having the Brita water pitchers in the fridge.

Bill was an amazing host, the pics do not do it justice. We were greeted by the welcoming committee or as I lovingly refered to them a gang of attack chickens. They were super cute and friendly. We spent most of our time on the lake fishing during the day and fished the pond in the evening. just a great place to relax and get away from everything and connect with nature.

It was gorgeous! A great host who won’t bother you at all even if they live upstairs. I felt very comfortable and it’s a gorgeous peaceful location. Narrows of Harpeth wasn’t too far either me and my friends went there the next day. Great hosts and exceeded expectations.

Debra met us at the front door to give us the keys and some information. She left us a delicious mini zucchini bread on the table which we had for breakfast. Space was very nice and much larger than it appears in the photos. The chairs on the patio were very comfortable as well as the bed and living room furniture. It was very convenient location and within about 10 minutes to major roads. Very quiet inside and out. We would not hesitate to stay again.

Cilla's place was perfect. she's an amazing host that went absolutely above and beyond. I was in the area for an event by myself, but I usually bring my family on a yearly trip to gatlinburg, and we will forever book Cilla's place instead of any hotel/resort. The garage parking was extremely nice for being able to park the motorcycles inside as well.

This was my second out of many future stays with Thomm and Eva. They are the best of the best in terms of Airbnb hosts. Both of them are incredibly kind, helpful, and aware without an inch of intrusiveness. I stayed here for around 3 months, between two trips. I never had one bad experience. They had to deal with many issues on my part, however. Like late arrivals, annoying communication, lack of vacuuming, overuse of towels, etc. They treated me with unwavering generosity and comfort. In addition, the place is adorable and tucked away in one of the most beautiful areas I've ever seen. The surrounding nature is beautiful: gorgeous fall leaves, crickets, frogs and bunnies in the summer, deer, and the occasional possum. Like being in a Disney movie every day. I'm forever indebted to you Thomm and Eva!

Kelly was always very responsive, literally within minutes! The dogs and cats that roam the property were sooo friendly and made our stay 1000% better. Everything you could possibly need she has it in the air bnb! It’s very secluded so privacy was nice but it was also no more than 10 min drive to the city which was super convenient. 10/10 recommend!

Open and airy, with beautiful views of the lake from an elevated open porch and large wall of tall windows. Thoughtfully arranged and attractively decorated; very comfortable. Heather is precise in her directions and descriptions and generous with the use of the amenities on her property. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung, die Zusammen mit anderen Häusern in der nähe im Wald liegt. Die Wohnung ist ein wenig rustikal aber sehr schön eingerichtet. Einige Möbel und Türen sind aus alten Brettern aus einer alten Scheune gemacht, aber es passt sehr gut in das Gesamtbild. Jody selber ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Eine schöne Zeit Danke Jody

Hopes place was perfect for what we needed- a half way stop between MO and NC. We only stayed one night but definitely would have stayed longer. It was spacious and clean and cozy. Just 15 mins from Knoxville downtown and 5 mins from a good local coffee spot. Super easy check in and check out, all the amenities, THE BED 😍. No critiques !!!

This location is in a great area.. Quick access back onto the major highway. It is a quiet basement level accommodation which surprised me with the closeness of the highway. You have a refrigerator and microwave that works fine and a coffee bar set up. The shower is basic but has a nice rain shower head which I really liked and the soap, shampoo and body wash located in a convenient wall unit within easy reach. This is one large, open room so the tv watchers will need to tone things down if someone wants to go to bed early. Big, beautiful back yard where I was allowed to run my dogs around after a long day on the road. The hostess is very responsive and accommodating.

Jay’s place completely blew me away. His attention to detail is truly unmatched—it exceeded every expectation I’ve ever had for an Airbnb. The space was much larger than expected, impeccably clean, beautifully designed, and felt like a true home away from home. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, functional, and exceeded both my needs and wants. One of the beautiful highlights? Their incredibly friendly dog—an absolute joy to be around and made the stay even more memorable. Jay was responsive, warm, and genuinely welcoming throughout my entire visit. This is hands-down the best Airbnb exceeding expectations experience I’ve had. I highly recommend anyone to stay here anytime. I will 100% stay at Jay’s again. Thank you for everything!

Carrie was a great host - Super nice and responsive. I wish the AC + dehumidifier were on when we arrived but otherwise we had all we needed (well planned/thoughtful amenities), the basement was spacious (we loved the pool table!), and the garden was beautiful! I recommend staying here! As a larger family we all slept well (4 kids on couches + provided mattress pad) - The bedroom mattress was soo comfy + great pillows + duvet/comforter. Annnd easy check out. Felt like staying with family! Heads up, the driveway proves difficult for a minivan turn around - Possible just difficult.

Was the perfect place for my group of friends! Very clean, great location in a peaceful neighborhood, and very quick response time! Really enjoyed our stay!

A great place to stay in a lovely area. It’s out in horse country so lots of green and quiet. The apartment is exactly as described and super comfortable. If I ever need to stay in the area again I would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at this property! The location is absolutely perfect — located between Nashville and the Opry House and hotel with a short drive to the airport, which made everything super convenient. The accommodations were beautifully laid out with thoughtful design, custom decorations, and tons of amenities that made us feel right at home. The host was incredibly responsive and knowledgeable, offering fantastic recommendations for local restaurants and helpful information about the area. It’s clear they really care about their guests having a great experience. Highly recommend this Airbnb — we’d definitely stay here again on our next trip to Nashville!

Rented this place for my family that was in town. The host was extremely helpful, instructions were clear. Such a beautiful property, perfect for a peaceful weekend away and out of the city!

Deborah and Greg's unique place was the perfect option for a weekend in Nashville! I was treating my neice to a belated birthday adventure and it was such a fun place . Deborah and Greg were lovely hosts and my neice and I loved chatting with them about all thing dogs and music related ! It's on a quiet cul-de-sac and we ubered to our event easily. Will definitely be back .
