Casa Berlinda, The detached rustic south-facing on a large forest and meadow property ensures comfort and well-being through the charming combination of rustic elements with modern comforts (all rooms have underfloor heating, shower bath and kitchen). The first bedroom is on the second floor of the main body: it has a double bed. The second is ten meters from Casa Müsu: it is accessed by a covered external staircase and has a double bed (as in the photo) or two single beds. A third bed can be added. Casa Müsu has a private parking space.

Beautiful, former and beautifully converted laundry house in the well-kept plot of Villa Belmonte in an exclusive location. Cosy garden with sun loungers and stone table with adjoining vineyard. Fantastic views over Bellinzona to Cannobio (It), from the lake to far into the mountains. Very quiet, peaceful place, ideal for lingering and relaxing. During the winter months it can get chilly in the house as it is not winterproof insulated. (Sweaters & finches a must).
