Cozy studio with private entrance, remodeled, locate behing the house, the door is green color. bright space and very clean. Gel memory foam mattress, Eco A.C. Smart TV. Vinil floor. Fast Wifi signal and two small patios. Coffe station and microwave. The neighborhood is very safe and very quiet. Parking free around the house. Close to the Walmart and Target stores, also small shopping centers, restaurants, City of Hope, Santa Anita Mall, Monrovia Down Town and Metro golden Line (1.6 mil).

The location is super quiet and easy access to old town Pasadena, dtla and etc. Me as a host is trying to provide the best value. Close to DTLA & Cal State LA. *We have 2 small Dachshund dogs on the property. They are inside dogs but do come outside. They are not aggressive dogs and are very friendly, but are bark happy when alerted to others on the property.
