Excellent location, communication with Violeta was always attentive and helpful, the center is a 5 minute drive away and you find a lot of variety. The house is in good condition, only the pool needed a little cleaning and you should bring insect repellent because there are too many bugs. Violeta was very nice, when we arrived she offered us repellent and had already put out a couple of raidolitos. I recommend it, suitable for relaxing and for families. In addition, the ones who enjoyed the house the most were my children and my dogs, the huge hot patio allows you to play. I would definitely go back.

The house is beautiful, as shown in the pictures. The pool was impeccable and perfect to enjoy, and the bathrooms were super clean and well maintained. César's attention was exceptional; he was always attentive to us and made us feel very welcome. As a very kind touch, he left us cold water and snacks when we arrived, which was a great gesture. We had an amazing time and would definitely come back without thinking twice. Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect, the house was very quiet. Mr. Jesus was very kind, he went to clean on the second day because there was garbage in the pool... he wanted to make sure it wasn't dirty to use it... thank you for everything!

Very pleasant stay, the apartment is large and well-equipped, the area is quiet. The hostess is very friendly and attentive.

We had a great time, it is a pretty functional place and with a good location, since there are very well stocked stores nearby, if you order by apps they also arrive without a problem. As for the space, it works great for two people, even three. For cooking, we consider that some utensil with more cutting edge and containers to keep things would be useful. The cooler does not have a freezer so you have to consider that and buy ice because with the heat they are required. TV works great and has many entertainment platforms. Regarding the pool is quite good, the water is clean and cared for, just consider that it is cold, so you have to make the most of the sunny hours. We are very grateful to Mr. Enrique for the fluid communication and to be aware of us, as well as to Mrs. Mary for receiving us, showing us the place and the confidence to request anything. We hope to be back soon.

The young lady, Eugenia, is very nice, always attentive. The area is very quiet and safe. The location is very central, you have many places nearby and available to buy 24 hours a day. The house is very clean and tidy. I really liked that it had everything you need to have a good stay and feel right at home. Overall everything was very cozy!!!

The apartment is very clean, spacious, comfortable, cozy, and as shown in the photos. It has a terrace with a nice view of the sunset. The whole complex is very nice, quiet and they have a cafeteria where they are very friendly and have good food. Jessica is very attentive to what we need, very friendly and with many nice touches. Francisco’s place was the perfect home base for exploring all that Cuernavaca has to offer—just steps away from amazing spots! The apartment was secure, spotless, and the bed and pillows were insanely comfortable. Seriously, I slept like a dream! The only thing that could have made it even better…a few extra fans or AC throughout the house to keep that perfect Cuernavaca breeze flowing. But overall, a fantastic stay—I’d absolutely come back! Spacious apartment with refreshing pool, the old town is within walking distance and we also felt safe on the way home in the evening. Very quiet location, you really hear almost nothing from the street. Rogerio is very nice and always available. Thanks for the wonderful stay.
