Very comfortable and friendly place, Mr. Enrique was very attentive days before arrival, at the time of arrival he received us very kindly and was always attentive to any detail, he gave us our privacy, the neighbors were friendly, the residential area is very safe, the views are very beautiful, you feel at home, the arrival of the travel service by app (Didi, Uber) was a little late so they do ask that it be on time (Although taxis pass by on the road and leaving the residential area there is a taxi base), I would definitely return, I highly recommend it.

Jorge was super kind always , answering my message and help me with my request. And Angelica was amazing. She provide to us a very good service, I think is his mom.

Our stay was the first week of June 2025, we really enjoyed the house the garden was beautiful and the pool my kids loved it. We will definitely stay here again. Lorena was really nice and Pilar was really nice and helpful.

Excellent accommodation, it has nice decorative details, the outdoor shower is a joy, the temperature of the jacuzzi is always perfect, the kitchen is well-equipped and the cleanliness is worth mentioning: everything is super clean, the bedding and towels are clean and smell good. The internet worked well all the time and the only drawback we had was the power outages, but it was an issue in the whole area due to the downpours, beyond the host's control, of course. We'll definitely be back soon.

The house is very nice, many businesses nearby of all kinds. The only thing is that the pool does not have a heater and the water is a little cold. Even so, we had a great time. I would definitely stay again.

The instructions were clear, Estela is very friendly and is always attentive, in addition, she is very flexible with check-in and check-out times. Thank you very much Hector for always being available during our stay in the apartment, we loved it, we found everything as shown in the photos, clean, tidy and with more than enough things to spend our month's vacation comfortably, we would return without hesitation. The view from the apartment is very nice, the pool is huge and the water was super nice every day (May-Jun); my husband, my two teenage children and I enjoyed all the facilities that the Cluster has, tennis, paddle tennis, basketball and a super good gym, 100% recommended. Very nice apartment and the subdivision too, the pool water was warm, the paddle tennis and tennis courts are very close, you can see them from the apartment so you can see your children. Everything was great, I would definitely choose it again.

The apartment was perfect for our long stay in Cuernavaca. The place is beautiful and comfortable. Showers had hot water throughout and great water pressure. Building staff were friendly and professional. Michele was super communicative during our stay. We would definitely stay again.
