Villa vacation rentals in Telchac Puerto

Desde el momento en que llegué, me encontré con un espacio impecable, acogedor y perfectamente equipado para una estadía cómoda y placentera. La decoración cuidada, las camas cómodas y la tranquilidad del lugar hicieron que me sintiera como en casa. ¡Excelente para pasar un fin de semana agradable en familia!

We loved this place! Very quiet and private, LOTS of space. Over an acre and surrounded by ten foot high block walls, it felt very safe, which was important to us traveling with kids. Such a huge lot, the saltwater pool didn’t look very big, but once my family of 4 got in, we realized it’s actually pretty large. The location is under some construction, but no construction while guests are on site, & the interior of the home was beautiful and had all amenities we would normally want: hot water, wifi, strong air conditioning, etc. The location feels very private, but isn’t totally isolated. Couple houses down is a small food market with all the basics & very friendly owners. A short walk the opposite way was a very tasty and reasonably priced restaurant: Casa Azul (menus English/Spanish). Travel back & forth to the downtown area & surrounding towns was easy once we figured out the local system. Mototaxis & combis (passenger vans) drive by frequently. Just flag them down. We will return!

Our stay at Claudia’s Airbnb in Mérida was absolutely amazing! The house was stunning—beautifully designed, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the city while still enjoying a peaceful and relaxing environment. Claudia was a fantastic host, always responsive and helpful. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We can’t say enough good things about this absolutely stunning and magical place. One of the greatest things about Airbnb - that we are quick to forget - is amazing, kind people opening up their homes for us to enjoy, and this is one of those places that makes Airbnb unique. The hosts are just as lovely as the property itself - welcoming and warm. The property is pristine. The gardens are gorgeous and the attention to detail is clear throughout. We had the most relaxing few nights, so much so that we wanted to stay even longer. The location is just what we wanted, private but close enough to Mérida and Izamel (we were visiting for a concert). Mérida has everything you would need from a city and Izamel is a traditional town that is beautiful to explore. To be honest if it wasn’t for the concert, we would have happily just stayed at the hacienda as it’s too beautiful not to eek every second out. Thank you so much for giving us an opportunity to stay in a truly magical place!

Daniela superó mis expectativas como anfitriona. Nuestro viaje a Mérida fue por una competencia de danza y ella nos consiguió un espacio para a ensayar y nos facilitó una bocina . Estuvo pendiente de nosotros todo el tiempo, siempre muy amable y con una actitud encantadora. Las casa increíble !!! Decoración minimalista de muy buen gusto , acabados con materiales típicos de la región , espacios amplios, techos altos . Todo funciona perfectamente. Es la segunda vez que rento villa en ese complejo y definitivamente regreso .

Vale la pena, la casa es como en las fotos. El servicio de Brenda y Charly es EXCEPCIONAL. Definitivamente uno de los highlights del lugar. La playa es muy tranquila, casi no hay olas por lo que los niños pueden disfrutar de los kayaks que están en la casa. Un lugar muy privado y tranquilo, solo vimos una o dos personas más caminando por la playa. Hay un camino de terracería de 10km para llegar, pero una vez en la casa no se necesita salir para nada. Hay que llevar comida y todo lo necesario desde Mérida, ya que no hay nada cerca para comprar.

Excelente casa, cómoda y con una vista espectacular al mar. si desea salir un rato de la casa puede visitar Telchac, un pueblo pesquero con el encanto de lo sencillo que se hace bello. Ermilio muy presente en todo momento al igual que Sr José el casero que fue muy amable y funcional cada día Solo sugeriría iluminar más el exterior hacia la playa Recomendada la casa al 100%

la casa es cómoda, lo que más nos agrado fue su patio y alberca, lo disfrutamos muchos, alberto fue muy amable y siempre al pendiente, contesta muy rápidamente.

Muriel’s home is a beautiful paradise! The house is very spacious. Loved the big kitchen. It has all the essentials to cook a meal. My family and I enjoyed every space. Each room has its private shower/bathroom. The kids enjoyed the pool/lounge area. The home is walking distance to El Centro and restaurants (10-15 min walk). It’s very safe to walk. Locals are really friendly too. Thank you Muriel for sharing your beautiful home and we would definitely stay at your home again.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Caro. The house and cabanas are spacious and beautifully decorated. The service was great and the food delicious: Luis, Karla and Gilda were very caring and helpful. The host was very accomodated and respond quickly to questions. Everything was perfect as it seems on line!

Es un lugar muy lindo y limpio, ideal para quedarte si quieres disfrutar la zona de Paseo Montejo y pasar un rato agradable. las habitaciones muy lindas y la casa muy agradable. La alberca está increíble para los niños. Gran lugar para pasar unas lindas vacaciones.

My family and I had a great time here. the home is beautiful and the location was perfect for us. Landy was a wonderful cook and made us some of the most delicious meals that we had on our trip. Sofia responded very quickly to our questions and ensured that our stay went smoothly. We had a great time and hope to return some day in the future. Thank you!

Stunning architecture, unique layout and design! Just keep in mind that there’s no air conditioning in the main part of the house. The air conditioning in the bedroom worked perfectly! The rain shower and sunken tub are spectacular. Cecillia was incredibly responsive to us, helped us fix a little issue on our check-in, and sent us great recommendations for local restaurants!

La casa esta muy bonita y en una zona muy tranquila, tal cual como se describe en las fotos. Muy facil de llegar y bien ubicada. Si regresaríamos.

Casa Azul is absolutely incredible! I highly recommend staying here if you get the opportunity. The house is beautiful and the outdoor space and pool are amazing.

Great house. We were there in low season, May, so very quiet, which we preferred. The house is well equipped (but no scissors in kitchen). Private beach is great. Caretakers on site, so very safe. Could do with a little upgrade. Some paint, bedside table lamps and the sun loungers need some repainting/replacing. The beds are queens/doubles (+/- 1.40m (140 CM) wide) so I would not stay here with 12 people, unless there are loads of kids who can share a bed. I think 4 adults sharing per bedroom would be stretching it. We were only 3 adults, so all own bathroom which is great. No aircon in main living space, but with windows open on both sides and the ceiling vans you get enough draft through. Bedrooms all have aircon + ceiling van. Works a charm. We loved it as it was quiet and big ! Enjoyed the new smart TV with Netflix and Apple TV for late night movie night.

La casa es simplemente hermosa, acogedora, bien decorada y cómoda. Me encantó nuestra estancia en el local. Los anfitriones nos dieron la oportunidad de tener uno de los mejores dias de nuestras vidas, llevemos lindos recuerdos de este lugar. En todo momento fueron muy atentos y serviciales, respondiendo nuestras dudas al tiempo. Totalmente recomendable este alojamiento.

La estancia en la casa estuvo buenísima. El lugar es amplio, iluminado y tranquilo. Queda a 2 o 3 quadras de la playa. La playa de Chuburná esta hermosa. Es muy recomendable ir en coche / rentar coche (no hay muchas opciones re reestaurantes o tiendas en las cercanias). Se lo recomiendo a quien quiera relajar y disfrutar de vacaciones tranquilas!
