“I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities provided made my stay even more enjoyable. The location was convenient, with easy access to restaurants, Historic Center, Cathedral and Main touristic attractions. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in process and offering great local recommendations. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely stay here again!”

This is an excellent rental, every detail has been taken care of with an eye for detail. The rental exceeded our expectations. Oscar is a marvellous host, very responsive and a pleasure to work with. I would not hesitate to rent this or any other property that Oscar has available.

Always a pleasure to stay in Robert's apartment, the place is very safe and quiet. They are super helpful and respond almost immediately when we contact them. We usually take advantage of the kitchen, which is well-equipped to make breakfast and snacks, because if you are in Merida you have to enjoy the very good restaurants that the city offers.

To begin with, the house is very nice and spacious, the pool and everything in general is very clean! It has air conditioning in the 3 bedrooms and ceiling fans in the living room and dining room, especially the master bedroom is beautiful, overlooking the garden and pool, it has 2 full bathrooms and a half bathroom! The hosts' response is immediate and very friendly... the location is ideal if your plan is to stay in Merida (25 minutes from downtown) or go to the beaches (40 minutes on average), to Chichen-itza it took us 1hr 20 min approx! There is flexibility in the check-in time. The area is very quiet and safe, really 100% recommended!

We stayed for a whole month at Oswaldo's house and we had a wonderful time. The house has everything you need, it's location is spectacular, you do have neighbors but have a lot of privacy. The house is as described and Oswaldo answered all of our concerns and questions promptly. The pool is wonderful, the property is beachfront and the house itself is huge, we slept 5 people and 2 doggies with great confort. The AC works well, all bathrooms work well, the kitchen is big and well equipped, and we loved having the extra freezer. We spent most of out time outside in the terrace. Important tips: * you definitely need a car * for stays longer that 2 weeks we recommend bringing extra towels and sheets for the beds. * consider doing laundry at one of the lavanderías in town. * consider that the internet and power do go out occasionally, it is not Oswaldo's fault, it's just a thing with Yucatán. * consider bringing your own hammocks All in all a great stay for our family.

So happy that we have found this place ! We stayed almost 6 weeks at this beautifull house. The 3 rooms are just nearly perfect honestly, even if nothing is. We cooked A LOT so the kitchen well equiped was a must for us ! At any moment we could rely on Manuel for anything from help to solving stuff with the house ! We were all alone for the full duration of our trip so it was very intimate and quiet. The pool and the place near the sea was our playground with the kids :) Know that there is a big contruction site next to the house. At start we were a bit scared for many reasons but mexican workers were not to loud during our stay. Keith is responsive and he made us feel like our well being was important for him !

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! My friends and I felt extremely comfortable and safe throughout our visit. The separate quarters allowed each of us to enjoy our own space, which was a great touch. The location was incredibly convenient, with easy walking access to the center and most local attractions. Our host, Oswaldo, was exceptionally proactive, providing clear instructions and wonderful local recommendations for restaurants and activities. We would definitely recommend this place, and the pictures truly do it justice!

GREAT STAY! It is very peaceful place. The place is completely worth the place because of the location, the view. It has all the equipment of a house that is needed for a good stay. Sofía always answered my questions and that left me quiet. I would definitely go again.

Really nice place to stay near the center. In Mérida itself there is quite a lot of traffic, which you can also hear in the bedroom. But that was the only small downside. Bobbie is a super hostess, totally relaxed and she has created a small oasis in the dusty city. We felt very, very comfortable!!!

We loved our stay! The hosts were so friendly, very welcoming and helpful with everything. It is a place to relax, with the beach right in front. We used the beach chairs and sun umbrella everyday, and while watching the flying flamingos at sunset. The village is a short walk away. We’ll miss our long walks on the beach, the quietness of this place and our kind hosts. We hope to be back!

Lovely home - you can tell the owners created this home for themselves, it has high quality furnishings and appliances, and is very comfortable and so pretty. Fast reliable wifi, a well equipped kitchen you can really cook in, powerful ACs and large dip pool to cool off in. A couple of things weren’t working well but Jacky was super responsive and got them quickly fixed. The showers run out of hot water if you take too long — this is quite common here. The kitchen area gets ants so I always wiped everything down thoroughly — this is also common in Merida. I miss this house and am planning a return.

The accommodation as in the photos, the location was good, July was always attentive to any unforeseen communication was quick and effective, the beds were very comfortable to rest, I would definitely return. Everything was excellent!!
