Vacation rentals with beach access in Telchac Puerto

We loved our stay! The hosts were so friendly, very welcoming and helpful with everything. It is a place to relax, with the beach right in front. We used the beach chairs and sun umbrella everyday, and while watching the flying flamingos at sunset. The village is a short walk away. We’ll miss our long walks on the beach, the quietness of this place and our kind hosts. We hope to be back!

The place is very nice and Shauna is a very attentive host, she is available whenever you need her with an excellent attitude, in short I would stay in her apartment again. The place is very comfortable and has everything you need for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

The apartment was clean and smelled of clean! very well equipped! It has an optimal design and the facilities are nice, in good condition and with a very nice aesthetic. Miguel is very attentive and the manager David gave us a brief and clear explanation of the dynamics to follow. The sea is like 100 meters away and I would definitely stay there again! We had a great time! We were fortunate that there were few guests so we enjoyed the silence and stillness of the environment! THANK YOU!!!

An amazing place from the moment you arrive. Mike was super flexible with our check-in as we arrived early and allowed us to leave our luggage to make the most of the day. The place is beautiful, the beds are very comfortable, perfectly equipped, and it has absolutely everything you need for a carefree stay. It has no bad points, it has become one of my favorite accommodations!

Vanne was an excellent host at all times, attentive to the needs that arose, the house was very comfortable and the beach location was excellent. The beach is very nice, you can go in without any worries. Luxury sunrises and sunsets, I recommend it and most importantly Vanne's attention, a luxury of a person, of course we will return, I felt right at home. Thank you very much

The room is just like the photos, very cozy and with unique details. We'll definitely look for it again on our next visit. Amir was very helpful at all times. The location is excellent for exploring everything you want.

Came for a girls trip and we had the best time. The house is nice and the ac in the rooms work well. We spent the entire trip by the pool and on the beach. The cabana is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee while soaking in the beach. We had someone cook for us while we were there and just ran to the store for snacks and anything we needed. Maria was easy to communicate with and assisted us with any request we had. This was the perfect beach getaway. I would definitely go back!

The house is as shown in the photos. Because of the season we went, we had the pool totally to ourselves. At the entrance they provide carts to take your luggage and things to the villas. There is no noise. It is steps from the beach. The beach club was almost empty. In high season it must be fuller and I feel that it is very small for all the villas, but everything was very pleasant. In front of the condominium there is a restaurant that opens every day where you eat very well and at a good price. If you are looking to get away from everything and be in a quiet place, it is an excellent option. The house has everything you need. We had a very pleasant vacation and we will certainly return.

What an incredible stay! The house is exactly as described- directly on the sea. Every morning it was calm as glass until 11:30a- could walk 60+ft out to a sandbar. It’s a small beach but you can walk along the coast to collect shells/look at the other beach homes. AC is only wall units in the living room, kitchen, bedrooms- it was warm in the afternoon or when cooking. The upstairs unit couldn’t keep up so we slept downstairs instead. But nothing to worry about. Spending each sunset on the rooftop was our highlight. And the pool when it was windy in the afternoon! Add 2 cholorine tablets daily to keep the water blue. Chelem is a tiny charming town. Chedraui in Merida and Progreso are best for groceries. Try Pescadería Cristo Rey IN Chelem- there is a Cristo Rey in Chuburna but it’s not as good. Plan for takeout- we had the best camarones ceviche and pescado frito. Also book a trip to Isla Los Columpios, ojo de agua, and Playa los Carbonaras! We already want to come back!!

Beautiful place, very quiet to rest; everything is of excellent taste and quality. All services worked perfectly. I went for an open water competition and being able to rest so peacefully was the best. The beach is very close, you can see it when you enter the street. If you arrive at night, there is street lighting. To get to know the villages, you need transportation, but there is a market 5 minutes away that is really well-stocked, and a go-mart very close to there that sells very tasty hamburgers. It's a great place to visit.

Very nice, clean and functional place, A/C in both rooms. Very friendly and helpful hosts. It is just a few steps from the beach, although I personally did not like that beach because it was very small, the water almost reaches the buildings that are on the shore and that are in ruins. But the tourist area of beaches is a 5-minute drive. Overall, very satisfied.

Rox has always been attentive since we booked, during and at the departure of the property. Everything is very careful in the apartment as seen in the photos. I highly recommend her apartment. Great attention and amazing place!

We stayed only two days in Mauricio’s place because it was only a short visit in Progreso. The condo is very nice, well furnished and supplied. The neighbours are nice and the place is quiet. There is a nice pool and a rooftop patio with a nice view, shaded area and a nice breeze. There is a convenience store nearby as well as a few nice restaurants with a varied offering of dishes. We recommend this place for a nice stay in Progreso.
