Incredible home, with stunning views! I hosted a group of friends here before my wedding, and we all agreed it was the most beautiful Airbnb we have ever stayed in. The hosts (Francesco and his wife Illaria) were extremely responsive and kind. They recommended a local chef to us, which turned into one of the best nights of our trip. 100% recommend and will be re-booking next time I travel to Tuscany.

Everything was absolutely perfect! ⭐️ Location: Ideal base for exploring Tuscany — you’re right in the heart of it all. Whether you’re heading to Florence, Pisa, or the charming hill towns, everything is within easy reach. House: Well-equipped and comfortable, with all the listed amenities in perfect working order. After long days of sightseeing, the pool was a refreshing retreat. The panoramic view over the valley is truly breathtaking. Host: Lorenzo is an outstanding host — friendly, responsive, and fluent in English. He was proactive and helpful throughout our stay. The house includes a detailed guidebook he created with handpicked recommendations for local shops, markets, restaurants, farms, and sights. It made planning our days effortless. Bottom line: If this listing is available — don’t hesitate. Book it. 10/10 would recommend!

Some places don’t feel like destinations — they feel like memory. Even if you’ve never been there before. The Red Barn in Impurneta is that kind of place. It’s hard to explain without slipping into clichés, but the truth is… it felt like coming home to somewhere I didn’t know I’d left. A patch of land so beautiful, so utterly peaceful, that it silences the noise in your head you didn’t realize was there. The views stretch forever, soft and golden, like the world finally exhaled. The air is kind. The silence is full. You don’t just stay here — you heal here. Every inch of the property felt intentional. Familiar. Like a childhood memory you thought you’d imagined, but turns out was real all along. I can’t explain it. And maybe I shouldn’t try too hard. Some places just are. And this place — it’s special. We stayed 5 amazing days at Il Gufo and loved every minute. Jacopo is an amazing host and went out of his way throughout to make our stay great. Even meeting us locally and showing us the way to the house. We highly recommend staying at The Owl. The location, high in a valley provides spectacular views and is perfect to relax and unwind. We do not know what was better. The location, accommodations or the fact that we met Jacopo and became immediate friends. That combination made for the greatest memories. Also Luba, their beautiful dog, immediately loved us and greeted us ever time we returned. A little secret, he is an amazing chef and if you get a chance to go to his restaurant do it. Also his dinner recommendations were great. We had dinner at Corte Dei Frati 2 times. Thank you Jacopo for making our 30th Anniversary trip so amazing. Valeria and Simone have a super nice and clean apartment! We felt very comfortable right from the beginning. The apartment offers a great starting point for numerous hikes and excursions. During our stay, we always got good tips and advice from the two. Our dog also felt very comfortable and since the property is completely fenced, he was able to move freely. We would come back back. It was an incredibly beautiful time!

Licio has been one of the best hosts I've had on Airbnb. Everything was great. I also fell in love with his house, the passage and all of Chianti. I hope to return!

We felt very comfortable! Benedetta's family, who live in the houses next door, were very friendly and warm. We had a good conversation and got great tips for the area. The property is also home to a pony and two dogs, who are very friendly and trusting, but at the same time also accept the boundaries if you don't want that - just right! For us, it was perfect - relaxing, quiet and in nice company. We definitely recommend this place! ❤️

The house is very cozy and spacious. The well-equipped kitchen, the bedroom with very comfortable mattress and pillows, the very spacious and above all extremely clean bathroom, as in general the whole house, very clean and fragrant. The house also remains very cool, despite the high temperatures we found during our stay. It is located on a hill a stone's throw from Florence, in a super quiet village surrounded by olive trees. Irene was always kind and very helpful, even giving us advice on a mechanic in the area as we had problems with our car. One small note: unfortunately, you can hear the "noises" coming from upstairs... those who are not early risers might be woken up.

How can we even put into words what an incredible experience this was! Antonella was kind and helpful, and her home is just stunning. She made us feel so at home even with our limited Italian. She prepared us a home cooked, four-course meal one night and it was absolutely delicious. She even gave us the leftovers so we could have them for breakfast the next day. The villa was breathtaking and in a perfect location to visit beautiful towns in Tuscany like Pienza, Montepulciano and San Gimignano. We especially loved the pool and visiting with the animals. This was a bucket list stay for us and worth every penny!

Spontaneously booked. And can easily arrange everything necessary at short notice. Federico is calmly communicative and can refine the stay with good recommendations. The location is special. The place has a good effect on the body and mind. WeiläuAbout but not far for shopping or restaurants. A beautiful pool. Tasteful spaces. Wifi junckies could sometimes hate something with the net, but the overall picture is not diminished. Everything else necessary is on site or will be promptly provided by Federico. A wonderful starting point for Visit in Florence or Chianti. Lots of rustic trattorias,winemakers and olive farmers nearby.

We were a family of six and the property fit us perfectly. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a big plus. The washer and dryer came in handy at the end of a 14 day trip. We walked everywhere no taxis were needed. Many good restaurants, shopping and sightseeing in walking distance. We would definitely stay there again. Communication with host always had a quick response.

Great place for peace, quiet and beautiful mountain view from the private garden of this historic chapel. Our hosts, Titti and Antonio, were attentive and extremely helpful in our brief moment of crisis with our rental car issue. We had a beautiful time and a wonderful stay! This 500 year old house is ideally situated in Tuscany and the Chianti region. It is a perfect place for day trips to other towns, for wine, tasting excursions, and for visiting Florence. The idyllic setting gives you a sense of country life in Italy, and the views from the patio and house are stunning. There are spectacular wineries within 5 to 10 minutes of the house. We found the house very comfortable and enjoyed our stay very very much. Rose and Pier couldn’t have been more helpful in planning our stay and excursions. We found through them fabulous restaurants, and wineries that we would not have discovered on our own. They were also incredibly responsive when we had questions. Our only confusion about the house was that the listing showed three bathrooms, but one was in the laundry room in a separate building . Just something to know. Thank you to Rose for a lovely vacation ! It was the perfect place to explore Tuscany from!

We had a wonderful time. Truly felt like we were under the Tuscan sun. The views from all of our bedrooms were breathtaking. Patrizia was so lovely, so attentive, so thoughtful - made reservations for us at a few local restaurants, where of course, the food was amazing. Patrizia responded to our texts quickly and was so helpful across the board! The location is off the beaten path, but close to some smaller towns and only about 25 minutes into the heart of Florence. You will need a car to get to and from anywhere. It was easy enough to take day trips, driving to so many wonderful towns to visit for the day, parking at one of the parking lots in each town, enjoying the day and returning 'home' to relax.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was even better than expected – very clean, well-equipped, and beautifully located. You could tell that the hosts really thought of everything. We especially appreciated how spotless everything was – it felt truly comfortable and welcoming from the first moment. The check-in process was smooth, communication was quick and helpful, and we felt well taken care of throughout our stay. Great place, location, and attentive hosts. I highly recommend! No stairs which is nice if you have a bunch of luggage, you just walk right in. Clean and has everything you need to feel at home.

Niccolo was a perfect host, I used his accommodation for an engagement proposal, the place was perfect for the occasion, Niccolo was very attentive to help me prepare the event. I would recommend it 100%, refreshing pool, typical Tuscan amenities, perfect.

We stayed in the villa for 3 weeks with my family (2 young kids) and it was absolutely perfect!!! Francesca was an incredible host, fantastic communication. One of the best stays we have ever had! The surrounding landscape and town are picture perfect! The grounds, pool, and accommodations are absolutely fantastic! My wife and I would love to come back if the opportunity ever presents itself again.
