The unit has been recently refurbished. ***Important Note*** the parking on the street (Via del Sale) is resident only. You can park temporary to load/unload but we suggest to park the car in Via Mentana close to Moretti Park (free) or Magrini Parking (public toll parking) to avoid tickets and fines-

I felt very comfortable at the place. The room was lovingly furnished – rustic, but charming – and perfectly fine for the price. The shared bathroom was very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and I even had the opportunity to spontaneously order dinner on site. The food was really excellent and the price was absolutely fair. The hosts were extremely friendly, attentive and helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. If I'm back in the area, I'd definitely stay here again.

I really appreciated the precise directions he gave me that allowed me to enter the apartment without any difficulty in complete autonomy. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and more. Victoria and Pienenrico are attentive, helpful and friendly hosts. They welcomed us very warmly and gave us great tips on restaurants and excursions in the area. Both were available to us at any time and at short notice. The place is very nice, it was clean and surrounded by a beautiful large garden, so you could enjoy the tranquility in the middle of the city and have a perfect retreat. The apartment is furnished with a lot of love and taste, you feel very comfortable there. We really enjoyed the stay and thank you very much for the great hospitality.
