Private Lake House

A beautiful house with a beautiful setting. The communication with Tim and his father was very nice. Both responded quickly and are super nice. Tim came on his own with tips on a children's festival nearby. Our daughters loved it! The house is also very clean, furniture very neat and plenty of toys for the children. There was a camp bed for us for our youngest daughter, super nice! What we only missed and what we have given as a tip is a screen door by the sliding door. This is because there are quite a lot of mosquitoes in the evening. We had done some damage in the house ourselves and they responded very nicely and didn't make a point. And then we haven't even mentioned the beautiful private garden with private lake. The food for the fish was ready and every morning we could fish with the fishing rods that were present. In short, a super house with super sweet owners. Tim and father, thank you for everything! We had a great time!

Very spontaneously, we needed a place to stay on our trip and Heiko and Katja's accommodation caught our eye, which looked very idyllic and cozy. Heiko responded quickly and was very solution-oriented and accommodating! The communication was a lot of fun, so we felt welcome and comfortable right away. I don't need to say anything about the ambience, it's in a class of its own and must be seen! Incredible feeling there in nature with a very very charming and cozy dwelling! The hosts are so likeable that we would have preferred to continue to deal with them and spend time with them. The stay is highly recommended, we will come back with our friends!

we rented this beautiful house to escape a bit from the city and relax, our decision for this house was just right. The house is situated in a quiet, beautiful area overlooking the green mountains. Whirlpool, sauna as well as everything you need to spend a short or long holiday. Bozica was very nice and always answered our questions quickly and was very easily accessible. 110% recommended and happy to come back :)

We spent 6 wonderfully relaxed and beautiful days here and enjoyed the house with garden to the fullest! The private sauna is a real highlight, as is the cozy window sill from which we liked to watch the sunsets. If you are looking for a quiet relaxing retreat with great surroundings, this is the place to be. We will definitely be back!

Thank you! We felt very comfortable. :) The place is very attractively furnished, we were provided with all the information we needed in advance. The hosts were easily accessible and quickly helped us with wifi, etc.

David is an ideal host, attentive to the arrival and offering all the necessary help. The accommodation is very nice and comfortable. The cleanliness is impeccable. And the equipment is all new and quality appliances. It really has been a rewarding stay. Just to say that it will be even better when the access staircase is finished. Alfons and his family are wonderful and very likeable hosts. The accommodation is uniquely maintained and beautiful; there was everything your heart desired. A wonderful terrace and a balcony with great distant views rounded it all off. In a secluded location. The special highlight is the adjacent deer enclosure. In the middle of the countryside with wonderful scenery, but still only a few minutes drive from downtown Graz. If we go back to Graz, we will definitely come back, thank you very much.
