Heather's place in Tighnabruaich was perfect for our long weekend exploring the Argyll. The cottage was warm, cosy and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend staying here.

We enjoyed everything being within a few minutes walk, the proximity to a variety of ferry ports, and the general feel of Tarbert. Going in low season worked well for us. Campbeltown, Skipness, Arran, and Gigha were all easy day trips. We had visited Islay on a different trip, but this too would've been a handy outing. Having the Co-op and the Corner House nearby were reliable mainstays. Cafe Ca'Dora is the place for casual dining.

Accommodation was perfect for our needs in an area typically short of options. Heather was accommodating, responsive and very helpful. I would wholly recommend and would be happy to stay again!
