Zorica was a fantastic host. She gave wonderful recommendations that she tailored specifically for our family, including great suggestions of beaches and water activities for our children. She even recommended a lovely village and restaurant to stop at on the way to our next location. The house was beautiful and clean and had everything that we required, with air conditioning in the main rooms and a lovely pool. We would definitely recommend this house and host and it was great to visit such a beautiful area of Croatia. Thank you.

This was our second time staying at La Finka, and just like the first time, everything was absolutely perfect. The villa is very clean, well-equipped, and has everything you could possibly need. Ivan is an amazing host – he responds immediately and truly cares about making sure you feel comfortable and welcome. We’ll definitely be coming back and can highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay.

We had an absolutely wonderfull time at the magnificent house. We are definetly planning to come back as our entire family had a great time. This Property had the most amazing view of Motovun. The only things we would preface for anyone looking at the property: *If you have younger kids, be aware that the pool is right next to the pool house and home with no barriers. *If coming in the cooler months where you will need heat: There is no furnace or heat pump for the home, so you will be required to use a wood burning fireplace/stove. This wood burner heats the whole house efficiently, but it is something you will have to stock and service this yourself. *Be aware that you are right next to the woods and are basically in the country here, so you may have to look out for little critters Other than these couple items, our stay was pleasant and felt we got the most out of our stay in Istria.

What a fabulous home. So spacious and with every facility you could imagine. We were welcomed on check in by Hiru who was very helpful and again on check out. She was always available if required. The house was amazing and whilst a taxi ride from the town, still had a shop and a few restaurants within meters. Would definitely recommend staying here - great for a family or group of friend.

Wonderful house and great host. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings and well worth the price. You have direct access to fresh herbs, homemade wine, rakia, jam, and eggs by the host. Perfect for a quiet time away from traffic noise and light pollution. Walking distance to several nice hiking locations. Would love to stay here again.

The vacation home was found as described! The outdoor area with pool is very well maintained and beautifully lit in the evening. The interior is tastefully furnished and very clean! The kitchen equipment is excellent, everything that was needed was found. The location of the house is very quiet and idyllic! It is about 25 minutes by car to the beach. Communication with Boris was impeccable! The vacation home is recommended!

We stayed here for one week with our 3 kids. The place is beautiful, very quiet yet close to Koper, a animated city (about 10 min by car). It's a good spot to start a trip to one of several beaches (20-30 min), famous caves (30-40 min) or Ljubljana (1h drive) or even hiking in the Triglav area (2h drive). The house itself is very nice, clean and offers everything you need. The kids especially loved the big pool which they could access whenever they wanted. Andreja is very kind and helpful and gave us a lot of great Tips. Thank you very much!

We spent 5 nights with our two children in this beautiful house. Everything is very high quality, tastefully furnished. Right next to the house is a bar where locals meet outside in the evening. The bedroom on the first floor opens directly to the street - so you feel in the middle of the action. From here we were able to take wonderful excursions in all directions.

Peter’s apartment is so magic… this place is so quiet and renovated very esthetic. You’re in the middle of nowhere. You can have slow mornings with sunshine and nature. But don’t forget you need to have car. Wifi works very well. Kitchen well equipped.

This house is a little paradise. It is friendly, it made us feel directly “at home”. The view from the garden towards the sea is spectaculair. We stayed with two little kids who loved to play in the garden. It is a very beautiful house with a safe (surrounded) beautiful garden in a quiet small village. The house is well equiped with a dish washer and everything you need. Nice detail is that there is no tv, but plenty of more rewarding activities such as making a fire in the fire place, bbq’ing, chilling in the hammock, playing the guitar, Reading a book: Nejc is a very kind host. We definitely recommend this place.

Olya's Motovun home is a beautiful space located on a quiet pedestrian path, just below a charming church, bell tower, and one of the town's gates. It’s impeccably designed, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully curated. Highly recommend either the entire home - if it suits your party size - or the downstairs apartment.

Sonja's apartment is a very lovingly restored, small townhouse in the middle of the old center of Medulin. The absolute highlights for me were the open and at the same time cozy architecture (it is a room from the floor to under the roof - for this three ceilings were removed), the harmonious design of the entire accommodation and the private, small city garden. In this there is an outdoor kitchen with sink and charcoal grill and under the pergola you can sit wonderfully and enjoy the evening with a glass of wine. Sonja is a very warm hostess and quickly helped us with every question.

Gorgeous little house just outside Umag. Two minutes stroll to the sea and a couple of restaurants/beach bars. The house comes with an SUP and two bikes which was great. We drove into Umag most evenings for dinner where there are loads of restaurants, we particularly liked the ones along the sea front. We also drove to Rovinj which is beautiful and Porec. We felt Umag was nicely off the beaten track, away from other busy places in August.

We had a lovely stay. Ondina is very accommodating. The sea can be reached in less than 5 minutes. We highly recommend it!

This is an excellent place to stay as a home base for your Istrian adventures - Porec is only 15 minutes away, Pula and Rovinj are only 45 minutes by car. We really liked the backyard garden with lounging chairs and an outdoor BBQ kitchen. Two bathrooms are handy for the whole family. Take advantage of the Butiga store right next door to get fresh bread in the morning - it will blow you away! And you can purchase some local goods like olive oil from the hosts.

It was just perfect - we had a problem with the car so we had to check in a bit early, wich wasn't a problem at all. The villa is super equipped and specially the garden with pool, table tennis, golf, jacuzzy, outdoor kitchen and an amazing view is so so good - we spent our entire stay outside in the sun :) When we got home, we noticed that we forgot a watch - we got in contact with Sabina, she looked for it and sent it to us immediately. Thank you so much for that :)

It was a pleasure staying here. The house is located in a quiet town just outside of Poreč, with everything you need close by. The build quality is among the best I've seen in Croatia – everything feels solid and is made with high-quality materials. Both the interior and exterior are beautifully designed and well-maintained. Mario has been incredibly helpful, taking care of even the smallest details. Thank you for having us!

Everything was great! This house is located in a very remote place. Almost nobody could disturb you here, only birds. There are many trees and plants around. Additionally, I would like to highlight nice running rotes nearby. The only problem is the restaurants around. Although they are located ~2 km away, the extremely loud music from them at night can be very annoying

The house was even nicer than in the photos, we would come back any time! All the amenities you need & Marija was always available to answer questions. In the small town it is very quiet but you have a mini market. Top value for money.

Nice vacation, rustic accommodation, very nice and very clean... impeccable order! Great spaces for clothes storage! Outdoor space not used unfortunately due to the heat but very well arranged. 10-star rating!

A great accommodation that facilitated our first boys' trip! This house was equipped with a cute swimming pool and great white wines under the sunshine. If you would like to stay somewhere quiet but enjoy the craziness of the surrounding cities, then this place is the one. We really enjoyed it and will speak warmly about it to our friends and family. Hope all is well with your baby and yourself! - 6 lads from Hollandia
