Great apartment, clean and organized, with kitchen utensils included, very good room with tv, air-conditioning and wardrobe, the condominium with excellent swimming pool and a hydro, the Hibiscus Residencial is close to a shopping center with restaurants, mini market and cafeteria approximately 1000m away from the axé moi and other stalls, very grateful to host Simone who was super attentive and kind and who welcomed us very well. I recommend it to everyone!

Good apartment to stay in and Otavio helped us with everything we needed to spend 5 very nice days. What I would add to the apartment are two more chairs.

Beautiful house, with a great view, super clean and organized. We couldn't get in with the password that was passed to us at first, but another guest helped us get in. Outside that the stay was amazing and would definitely return!

This is the second time I've stayed at Ricardo's house... it's no wonder. Me and my family felt at home, it is close to the center, at the same time outside the hustle and bustle, very quiet and safe. Returning to Arraial, Ricardo's house will always be our first option.

Perfect house, accommodates 20 people easily, has a Gourmet space, kitchen has everything, is in front of the pool. The house was exactly as described and the co-host Simone is very friendly, polite and responds very quickly to messages. We'll be back for sure.

The time we spent at the house was WONDERFUL, very spacious house, perfect outdoor area, we enjoyed every space of the house. The host is extremely polite and kind, we will definitely be back.

Location: At the beginning of Santa Cruz de Cabrália, near the highway and also the indigenous "feirinha" (landmark of the first mass in Brazil). Residencial: has a 24-hour gatehouse, always attentive to movement (arrival and departure), very good swimming pool (large and clean). Zeladoria district keeps the place clean and cozy (mowed grass and lighting). Apartment: we went to family (2 adults, 2 teenagers (16 and 14 years old) and one child of 3 years old. Comfortable beds, clean bed and bath linen. Full kitchen and there was also iron iron (it helped us a lot). SMARTV in the living room and air-conditioner in the bedroom and living room. Host: always requests, when we arrive I send a welcome message. When we need to check out after the stipulated period, it answered promptly, as it would not have a new location and available to us or the late departure.

My family and I are very happy with how attentive Dilton was and always sought the best for our comfort and to help us, always being careful with the guests, we recommend it super.

Our stay was excellent. The house is exactly as shown in the photos — well equipped and very cozy. The location is great, on a quiet street and close to Taperapuã Beach. Location is the same as in the photos. It has a swimming pool, TV in the living rooms and bedrooms, bathrooms in good condition and a kitchen equipped with a stove, refrigerator and cutlery, as well as a laundry area. The house accommodates five people, which was my case, and I believe a few more if needed. The only point that left something to be desired for me was the cell phone signal that did not work inside the house and the internet signal that is good only in the living room, other than that it was perfect. If a router were installed inside the house to repeat the signal, I believe it would solve it.
