The accommodation is excellent, the apartment is spacious, extremely clean, with very comfortable beds and is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. With a 06/08-minute walk, it is possible to reach the waterfront, in addition, I had no difficulty in getting an Uber in the region. Finally, the host is very attentive and easy to communicate with, we felt at home, and we intend to return on another occasion :))

It was worth every penny paid for this accommodation, a quiet place, close to everything, the host was always helpful... I'll be back for sure.

The stay at the apartment was very good, not to mention that it is very close to Nature and that was what we liked the most.

The space met expectations well. Despite being located on a commercial point, I found the environment peaceful. During the day, there is a little noise, but nothing that bothers me. The only negative point is the air circulation, which could be better, making the environment a little hot.

Good apartment to stay in and Otavio helped us with everything we needed to spend 5 very nice days. What I would add to the apartment are two more chairs.

The space is close to the center, which made it easy to get around. All of the services described worked perfectly. In addition to the care with the space, cleanliness and organization, I was positively surprised by the hospitality. I felt at home in Eliete and Admilson's flat, to whom I thank with affection for the attention given.

Helena is very attentive and very friendly, she gave us good local recommendations of where to shop or which restaurant to go to for dinner; the apartment is beautiful, very spacious, bright and shiny; the neighborhood is very safe to walk around at any time. One of the best apartments I've stayed in on all my previous trips... I recommend it without hesitation, when I return to Porto Seguro I would stay with Helena a thousand times more...

My family loved the place, the location is good for those without a car. Close to the best beaches in Coroa Vermelha. Quiet place, no noise. The apartment is beautiful, just like the photos. Hosts are very helpful. On other occasions I will definitely stay!!!!

The apartment is very comfortable and clean; close to the beach, supermarket. The pool is very good because you can sunbathe! In short, it's exactly as advertised. We had an issue with the power on the first day but it was resolved. I think it would be interesting to have detergent/sponge in the kitchen. Another thing, send a message as soon as you rent the space with the house rules (separate energy bill, pool area rules), at least the other places where I stayed had this notice and it works very well. Since the details in the listing are difficult to see and I didn't even find the pool area rules here. The stay was great, well worth it! It turns out that the separate energy bill compensates for the value of the stay being much more affordable.

Eliane is very kind and honest, always responding quickly. The accommodation is very functional and comfortable; it has everything nearby; the beach is nearby, you can walk there. The pool is excellent, my daughters enjoyed it enough. For those who are going to stay, I leave a tip: the market next door is terrible and has high prices, however, further on, on the waterfront, there is a Frossard market, with much better prices, and you can buy good things for breakfast.

Stay very good overall!!! Positive points: Great location of both the condominium and the apartment, ideal for 3 guests, very well equipped kitchen, clean and comfortable environment, well-structured condominium, great swimming pool, good communication with the condominium, clear rules for use of the condominium. Marisa answered questions with agility, adjusted the time of checkin and checkout as needed, was a great host! Improvement suggestions: bedding was not ideal (double sheet without elastic for queen bed - duvet indicated in the list actually was pillow top - the sofa bed that is indicated as an auxiliary bed does not have bed linen - there were two extra pillows but both without pillow) and I think at least one towel change was missing in the stay of 6 nights. I would definitely stay at this location again!

Extremely clean and tidy homes. Bed linen and impeccable bath. Very nice space. Flávia is a very attentive hostess, she has given several helpful tips. The accommodation is very close to the center of Arraial d'Ajuda where there are restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy and close to the beach as well. We did everything on foot. Amamos! I recommend!

The stay was wonderful! The house is just like the pictures! It perfectly accommodated my family. The condominium is super calm and quiet. Even in the carnival, the coexistence was super quiet with all the neighbors. The employees are polite and helpful. The pool is outstanding and heated! The house is located a few minutes from the staircase of the Fonte de Nossa Senhora D'a Help, which leads to the Mother Church, which makes it much easier to travel to the centrinho. For those who have no difficulty walking and climbing stairs, nor do they need to use a car there. Carla and Ricardo were excellent hosts, with great tips and always available. Everything perfect! It would go back a thousand times!

Virginia is an excellent host. Very attentive and helpful. The apartment is spacious and contains all the necessary household utensils. The barbecue area and the pool deserve to be highlighted for their coziness. The location of the condominium is privileged, as it is close to the main beaches, supermarkets, snack bars and restaurants.
