Our Acquamarine condominium has a great structure, such as a giant swimming pool and kiosk with an outdoor bathroom and shower, not to mention the wonderful landscaping, lots of green areas.🏝

Our house is privileged to have an environmental reserve with a diversity of birds and monkeys in the background. In a very quiet central area, we have hotels, inns and condominiums around us. Perfect location and easy to get to beaches, Arraial ferry D'Ajuda/Trancoso, Historic City, Passarela do Álcool, etc. and 5 minutes from the airport.
