Our experience in Franco's house was fantastic! The place is gorgeous and very comfortable. We had a few special days there. Franco's attention and communication is excellent, always very helpful, polite and easily accessible. We are extremely grateful for the experience we had in São João. Our stay at Jessica's place was wonderful!! Always a lot of attention and care with us, they still changed the bed linen in the middle of the stay😻. The only thing I missed was one more room with the air conditioning because it was very hot and stuffy in the airless room. But everything was so wonderful that it wasn't even a problem

The house is excellent, clear, airy, super comfortable accommodations. Our stay was wonderful! Not to mention the reception of Neto e Graça, his mother, who were always available and were extremely attentive with us! I highly recommend!

We had a great stay at the house, close to the beach, markets,restaurants and pharmacy, whenever we needed assistance were available, pool and amenities of the house are great, we would definitely come back! The only complaint is that the air conditioner and the refrigerator were leaking water and need to be reviewed.

The enclosure is inserto in the middle of the village of Zimbo, which has nothing touristy. While it is not the best location in Morro, walking about 15 minutes you reach one of the best beaches. And it's safe to get there, both day and night. Taking buses or taxis (very folkloric) you can go anywhere, although the paths are not very good either. The best thing about the place is the care that Eva puts in the attention to her passengers; she got us a lady for the toilet and kitchen, at very low cost; she gave us good data; she solved problems that were beyond her direct reach; and she also got us suppliers of fish and seafood.

I came to Teixeira de Freitas with my partner to visit his 5-year-old son. This place was perfect! From a location point of view but also cleanliness. The outdoor area, with the pool (and also a trampoline!) won Lohan over. This couple, more than friendly, even lent us toys for him! If we have to come back to Teixeira, it will definitely be right here!

Wonderful accommodation, equal to description, small but cozy and D. Wil leave us so at ease that I my wife and daughters feel at home. It seemed like we've known each other for a long time, super helpful and polite a superhost. We'll be back for sure again and I can only thank D. Wil for the wonderful weekend!

Cozy, clean space, almost on the sand. new house with a good structure.

The home is just as described. Very clean and tidy. We felt very comfortable. The place is quiet and the balcony invites you to relax and offers privacy. We arrived with the backpack and had no problems. The communication with Margarida and Cora was straightforward, friendly and respectful. They were always reachable and took good care of our needs. Cora lives behind the house and gave us a warm welcome and tips. Thank you so much for having us. We can only recommend it:)

Excellent Host and Hospitaller. The cottage had everything, we had no need for anything. The view from the room is beautiful. For those with children the place is perfect. My son loved it because he had a lot of room to run and play! The only bad part is the time to leave. We will come back whenever possible! Sindorval has already won us as fans of the place!

My hosting experience was excellent. The condominium is very quiet and safe, the environment is comfortable and organized. Excellent cost-benefit.

Great apartment, clean and organized, with kitchen utensils included, very good room with tv, air-conditioning and wardrobe, the condominium with excellent swimming pool and a hydro, the Hibiscus Residencial is close to a shopping center with restaurants, mini market and cafeteria approximately 1000m away from the axé moi and other stalls, very grateful to host Simone who was super attentive and kind and who welcomed us very well. I recommend it to everyone!

Yasmin was an excellent host, whenever I needed some information she was always very quick with the answers. The house is within an excellent condominium, very organized and safe. From Uber to the waterfront and the other locations as a restaurant is not that far away, at most 15 minutes, depending on the traffic. I recommend and plan to return soon.

The house is small, but nice. Gilmar is extremely attentive and collaborative, he solved everything we needed. And the beaches in this area are the most beautiful of all. Just that it's away from the Villa as to go and back, especially with the suitcases. But it deserves it.

Valerie made our stay so incredible. The tiny home is such a little home away from home, nestled amongst their beautiful property. Its a super close walk to town (15 mins). Close enough that its convenient but far enough out that it feels peaceful. We also fell in love with Valeries animals that she had on the land (Specifically Moka her cat). Val was incredible - going out of her way to take us to see Waterfalls on our last day and really inviting us into her land as friends. It was a beautiful stay that we will miss so deeply. Thank you beautiful for your kindness <3

Excellent place! Everything is very clean and organized. Location close to everything. Right in the gastronomic center of Cumuru! Close to the beach. Already thinking about next time! Recommended!
