The house is simple, but it meets perfectly!! The leisure area is wonderful, the location is perfect, truly standing on the sand, beautiful, clean and quiet beach! It is not far from the airport. Rita Hosts, Roy and the homemaker, Agnaldo were super helpful !

The house is excellent, clear, airy, super comfortable accommodations. Our stay was wonderful! Not to mention the reception of Neto e Graça, his mother, who were always available and were extremely attentive with us! I highly recommend!

Beautiful house, with a great view, super clean and organized. We couldn't get in with the password that was passed to us at first, but another guest helped us get in. Outside that the stay was amazing and would definitely return!

We had a great stay at the house, close to the beach, markets,restaurants and pharmacy, whenever we needed assistance were available, pool and amenities of the house are great, we would definitely come back! The only complaint is that the air conditioner and the refrigerator were leaking water and need to be reviewed.

The enclosure is inserto in the middle of the village of Zimbo, which has nothing touristy. While it is not the best location in Morro, walking about 15 minutes you reach one of the best beaches. And it's safe to get there, both day and night. Taking buses or taxis (very folkloric) you can go anywhere, although the paths are not very good either. The best thing about the place is the care that Eva puts in the attention to her passengers; she got us a lady for the toilet and kitchen, at very low cost; she gave us good data; she solved problems that were beyond her direct reach; and she also got us suppliers of fish and seafood.

Local super pleasant and comfortable, matches the advertised. my family enjoyed the stay very much. The host Lucy super helpful and attentive in everything that concerns it. Congratulations!

The house is wonderful, very comfortable and clean. Well equipped and its location is perfect. Easy access to beaches and local shops. Wonderful pool! And very quiet at night for sleeping. The air-conditioners worked very well.

I was delighted with the stay! The location is simply amazing, and the amenities are very comfortable. The air-conditioning made all the difference, and I was even surprised to find TV with paid channels. The kitchen is super complete and the leisure area is spacious, providing moments of great fun. The hammocks gave a special touch and a unique charm to the environment. It was a wonderful experience!

Excellent , an outstanding place to stay

The house has an excellent location, close to the beach. It is very wide, has all kitchen utensils, features face towels, hand soap, toilet paper, bed linens. Everything was very clean. The photos represent the place very well. The balcony, swimming pool and BBQ are a delight. All rooms are air-conditioned. The only point to complain is that in the announcement 4 and a half bathrooms were informed and at the end are 3 and a half bathrooms. The bathroom is located in the back, but it is used by the housekeeper (which in passing is very polite). This made a difference for us, who were in a large group. Another point to mention is that the mattress of one of the rooms (the last one, closer to the bathroom) had a very bad mattress, when lying down it sank. Outside these 3 points we had a great experience, we would definitely come back.

Casa Maravilhosa, as well as hostess Sira. Replies quickly and clearly! By the time we could travel, we ended up arriving earlier, but they were flexible with the check in, which was great!!! Very discreet and helpful Meire and Luciano. The house in person is even bigger and more beautiful. We had a little difficulty finding it, but Meire promptly sent us the location, it was better than the GPS. Only one thing to score: one of the rooms in the ad says it is a double bed and a single bed, but it only has one double bed. But the 4 extra mattresses served us well!

Lucas was very proactive,always helping to solve some errors of the way.The location is ok to spend the night,has comèrcio,food and is very quiet to walk.

Wonderful stay, we were greeted by Leide, always very polite and affectionate to everyone! Very attentive! Patrícia always promptly in the answers! The house would say that it is better than in the photos, super spacious, cozy, has all the necessary utensils, super comfortable! The condominium is delicious, it has vigilante at night which makes you safer even though it is not a dangerous place, which may be something more for someone who is looking for it! The entire dependency of the condominium is delicious and quiet. I found the location super strategic, close to everything you need, near downtown, close to the ferry… odd place! Happy for the family days we spent there!

Beautiful and comfortable House. Guidance for those who leave by car from Piranhas to Iron Island: Don't follow Google Hands. The path suggested by the app is awful. Instead, head towards Sugar Loaf and from there to the Island.

Our experience in Franco's house was fantastic! The place is gorgeous and very comfortable. We had a few special days there. Franco's attention and communication is excellent, always very helpful, polite and easily accessible. We are extremely grateful for the experience we had in São João. I miss it and look forward to coming back:)

My husband and I stayed in Jen’s place for 11 days and we would’ve happily stayed for a month! The location is perfect - right on the quadrado but in a tiny community in a green oasis with a beautiful shared pool. The house was spotless, lovely and comfortable. (I found the house to be slightly larger than what the photos indicated.) What stood out, in addition to the location, was the quality of the support. Jen was easy to communicate with, but once we arrived, we were pampered by Ale for concierge services and Zilda for our house cleaning and breakfast. I cannot emphasize how lovely Zilda was - she arrived every morning with a great big smile and made a spectacular breakfast and looked after the house all with good cheer. She did not speak English, but regardless, she was easy to communicate with. Fabulous spot!

My stay at Leila's apartment was excellent! The space was impeccably clean, well-organized and exactly as described in the ad. The location was great, with easy access to restaurants and others. Leia was very attentive and quick to respond to messages, ensuring a smooth experience. I recommend to those looking for comfort and practicality in their trip!

The house is beautiful, superbly decorated and with a wonderful backyard, a true haven! The kitchen is super complete, full of utensils that made our stay much easier. The caretaker was amazing, super helpful, and the host was very attentive and helpful all the time. As a suggestion, it would be interesting to have a cozier common space to relax in addition to the room, something like a corner with beanbags or sofas, ideal for sitting, chatting and hanging out with friends. We also miss thicker curtains in some environments, which would help ensure more privacy. Otherwise, we loved the stay and, with these adjustments, the experience can be even more amazing for the next guests.
