Relax with the whole family in this quiet accommodation. Privileged location, very close to the beach, within walking distance! Even so, it is a quiet, peaceful and safe street with a 24-hour doorman. Close to any and all shops, as well as pharmacies, supermarket and restaurants. The apartment is a duplex with 2 en-suites, a half-bath. Air conditioning in both bedrooms. The condominium has two swimming pools, adult and children's. The pool area has a barbecue grill, freezer and a male/female bathroom.

A large pool area is surrounded by palm trees and sun loungers, featuring two interconnected swimming pools with a serene blue hue. Umbrellas provide shade over the seating areas, while the building’s rustic architecture adds warmth to the outdoor space.

The house has three suites with tv, air conditioning, wi-fi, linens and bath linens. Living room, pantry and assembled kitchen, with stove, duplex refrigerator, microwave and Airfryer. Private Aréa with BBQ. Accommodations for up to 10 guests (adults and children). The condominio has two swimming pools and sauna.

The house is individual in the lot and with beautiful swimming pool and leisure area with barbecue and 5-burn stove. All rooms are with Split air. The single beds can be converted into a double bed.
