Monthly Rentals in Tantra hills and Jungle, Anjuna, Goa

We stayed at Terra & Tree for 6 days, and it genuinely felt like a home away from home. The space was beautifully maintained, peaceful, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed—from a comfy bed to a well-equipped kitchen. Mornings were calm with soft natural light while evenings were quiet and perfect for unwinding. The location was the perfect balance —tucked away from noise but still close enough to beaches and cafes. What stood out most was the calming vibe; we found ourselves slowing down, feeling more present, and truly enjoying the simple pleasures. This place wasn’t just a stay, it was an experience. We laughed, relaxed, and made memories in a space that held us with warmth and peace. Can’t recommend it enough if you're looking for comfort, calm, and a touch of magic in Goa. Loved the stay, the hosts are really great and helpful. Will definitely come again to Terra and Tree next time when we plan.

It was a great place to be, the place had a right vibe, and peaceful surroundings

Place is as shown in the pictures. Malcom is a great host and was helpful with all the queries we had. Walking distance to the beach but at night the path is not well lit. Has lots of good restaurants and cafes around. Great location. Only issue I would say is we found couple of lizards and a cockroach in the kitchen. When brought to the notice of Manoj, the caretaker, he said they come via gaps in the tiles on the roof and can't be avoided. Apart from that all was good. Recommended for sure.

The stay was so clean and safe. felt right at home! sneha helped us with everything from arranging essentials to early check in and check out due to availability! when i visit Goa again I will have this place as my first preference!
