Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Tan Dinh

We moved from 04 to 02 because we had 2 toddlers. there is private outside balcony with little garden and bath (our kids enjoyed it). Room is spacious (living room and bedroom) we utilized kitchen everyday to cook to children. if you don't want cook you can just use grab and they deliver any food to the entrance door. we spent in total 20 days here. I guess that says a lot...

The location of this house is very good, there is a food street downstairs, you can walk to the Independence Palace, and just across the road is the beauty shop mobile phone and motorbike shop.The host's husband and wife were very welcoming and helped us move our motorbike into the house every day, and the last day let us leave our luggage and walked back to give a small gift.Cats and cats are also very loving.Nice people, good cats.

Everything was great and perfect. As per what was on the listing and exactly the same as the pictures. Place was clean, toilet was clean and spacious as well, and the bed and pillow was also comfortable. Definitely a place to comeback to stay when visiting Ho Chi Minh and this listing is definitely worth the hype and all the good reviews. Host is also very helpful, friendly and responsive catering to all my needs during my stay here. Also, there is a common area for washing and drying for your laundry which was good for long term stay as well. Overall, definitely a bang for your buck!

Trung has created such a tasteful and cozy space! While the area can get a bit loud during the day, it's to be expected given its central location, and Trung thoughtfully provided earplugs for us. He was incredibly attentive to our needs and even allowed us a late checkout when we were running behind on our departure day.

A tasteful and comfortable stay overall. The apartment was serene and well-equipped. However, the absence of Netflix on the TV and limited communication with the host were slight drawbacks.

Only stay there for few nights but I have kinda good experience. Really strict on security, you can’t go in or out the building without the tap key. Which sometimes inconvenience but at least make you feel safe around. Really clean room, support AC, TV, interior of the house is free to use, which make us feel we stay in ours own house. Quiet neighborhood, no distract.

We stayed at Duyen's place for five days in HCMC. Our stay was smooth, and she was very helpful whenever we had questions. We dined out every time, so we didn’t use the kitchen, but the kitchen amenities were available. The location of area was convenient, the place was clean, and the price was great for an accommodation in HCMC.

The hosts were all very communicative and responsive. Their customer support was very fast and helpful. The place was extremely clean and nice. Showers were hot and clean. The views from the bedrooms were very beautiful. Washing machine included. AC in every room. Security was nice and it was a safe place to be. No loud noises ever and everyones nice. Great place overall!

A comfortable room and beautifully designed home that was very easy to self check-in during our night layover in Saigon😊🌿 Even just the entrance is lovely as you are stepping into a hidden, tranquil garden kind of space. I believe we met the owner of the house and cafe when checking out, who kindly offered us a seat and fan and helped us with our Grab car before seeing us off. Thank you, Aqua House🤗

Quieter location however note that you may still be woken up by traffic noises around 7-8am. Location walkable to many places in District 1, otherwise Grab is very affordable to take. Note that the elevator opens straight into the kitchen area, so you may receive a surprise visit on cleaning days, but the bedroom area is behind a separate door that can be locked from the inside.

I had a wonderful stay at Nu Apartment in Ho Chi Minh! The unit was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The location is super convenient, close to cafes, local food spots, and easy to get around the city. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in very smooth. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a cozy and hassle-free stay in Saigon!

Enjoyed stayed here in Phu Nhuan much more than my stay in a hotel in District 1. Check in was really easy and it definitely has a much more local feel to the area than the super touristy parts of HCMC. The bed is really comfortable, AC works great, and the unit is really unique and cool. The free laundry service was a great touch and really helpful for me. Thao responded to me right away always and was helpful with the questions I asked her. It’s a short scooter ride or about a 20 minute walk to Tanh Dinh market and there’s lots of other local restaurants etc around. I really felt at home here and I wish I could have stayed here longer.

It was a lovely stay! We managed to check in smoothly with clear instructions from the host. The host has also shared some recommendations on the places to go and food to try in Saigon. The location of the stay is close to the Bui Vien street and about 10mins drive away from most of the other attractions. Since our flight home was at night, the host has also kindly let us keep our luggage in the kitchen area after checking out. The place is on the first floor without elevator but it wasn’t an issue for my family and I. Overall, a wonderful stay and highly recommend!

Very helpful and responsive host. Room was nice and clean, looked like photos and well equipped. There are convenient stores, mini supermarket and pharmacy downstairs. Prime location.

Overall, we had a happy stay. The apartment was clean and well-presented, with plenty of shops and dining options right below. The only concern was the steep and narrow staircase leading to the apartment—something to keep in mind if you're carrying large suitcases. In that case, it may be better to book the identical apartment located downstairs. We stayed in the upper unit, but overall, the experience was very positive and we’d be happy to return next time :)

Great location pretty central to all the districts and d1 just across the bridge. Was nice to come back to a quiet area. Host was kind enough to have a storage area for luggages after checking out.

The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures – clean, stylish, and very comfortable. The host was incredibly kind and professional, always quick to respond and helpful throughout our stay. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!
