Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Ho Chi Minh City

Pros: It's like a newly built or recently remodeled accommodation. The room conditions and cleanliness are very good. The host's feedback was also quick. There are only 3 rooms in the building, so it's private, and it's quiet even though it's near the 1st ward. It's a great place to stay for the price. Cons: The water pressure is weak on the 3rd floor.

We loved our stay at the place, and not to mention to our lovely host! She was courteous and helpful even when we had trouble to keep our rented scooter in the garage! Would definitely highly recommend this stay if you guys want a quaint stay right in the heart of Saigon!

The location of the 1st group accommodation is really good. For those who are only going to be in the 1st group! However, it was too hard to go up to the third floor from the entrance of the building. It's narrow, dark, and smells unpleasant… There was a spa washing machine on the first floor, but it was a little difficult because the water was leaking. There's a restaurant on the second floor, and there was a man (a resident?) there all day, so it was a little uncomfortable to run into him every time I went in and out. The water in the shower drain doesn't drain well, and the hot water doesn't come out well. Not recommended for those who care about these details!

BEST HOST EVER!! I’ve stayed in AirBnbs in over 30 countries now and Tina is the best host I’ve had. She was so responsive, kind and incredibly helpful. I had a meeting for work with a man who couldn’t speak English and Tina took the time to come and act as a translator, all without asking. I am so incredibly grateful to her. I wouldn’t have been able to have a successful meeting without her help. The place is spotless and location is amazing. Highly highly recommend, you can’t go wrong!! Will 100% be back soon.

For a weary ant tired traveler Vy's place is a must stay BnB. Very comfortable with all amenities well placed in the house. Personal touch with clothes washing liquid, cello tape, power adaptor kept in the premises. A very well furnished kitchen turning it into a home away from home. The host is very prompt in attending to messages and takes care of guests well. Rated ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The apartment is a bit on the pricier side of things BUT if you look for a hassle free accomodations in a building with heaps of locals free washing and great views, this is the place. Aircon was a saviour and the bed was very clean and comfy. location is very central. My Partner and I enjoyed it very much. special thanks also to our host who was very helpful and responsive!

good for a longer term stay, well equipped, has pretty much everything you could need. responsive hosts, located close to airport with cheap transport through grab to anywhere you could want. my only complaint would be occasionally noisy neighbours but this is no inherent fault of the property and noise pollution is common in vietnam so giving 5 stars

The quick response was also good... I asked for a quick check-in and plenty of towels, and they responded to all my requests satisfactorily. ^^ I'm planning to visit again next time, so I'm planning to stay again. ^^

Annie has a great place. Just like others have said, it is far above the bustle and noise of the city, and quiet. If you are looking for a convenient and centrally located place to stay in D1, this would be a good pick.

The Thomas & Co team were extremely responsive. They provided extra provisions when requested to help make our stay more comfortable. The apartment matches the description. Pool, outdoor area and co working space was great. The 4ps restaurant in the adjacent building is a bonus. Everything we needed was within a short (and cost effective) grab ride away.

We chose this place because it's the only Airbnb in Ho Chi Minh that offers free access to both the pool and gym. At most other Airbnbs, you have to pay for every use, but here, you can use the gym and pool anytime you want at no extra cost. The location is great, it's close to District 1 but situated in a quiet and less busy area. The host is very prompt and efficient, regularly checking in to see how our stay is going and asking if we need anything. We requested extra towels, and they delivered them right away after I messaged Hai Yen. I love the gym equipment, they have everything you need. The only thing missing is music to help motivate gym-goers while working out. The pool is also great, it's large and well-maintained. There's even a Family Mart downstairs, so if you get hungry, you can just head down and grab a snack or meal.

Had a great week here, so many shops and restaurant close, clean and safe area, definitely recommended! :) Whenever I needed help, I got a reply within minutes. Tip: Ask host for transport!
