Surrounded by forested hills and fields, this is a perfect location for anyone who loves nature and tranquility. The area is famous for its bike paths, numerous hiking trails, birdwatching and historical landmarks. We also live on the property, in the small detached house. The surrounding area is shared with our family as we attend our vegetable gardens and care for the animals. Parties and events with loud music and excessive alcohol are strictly forbidden, as it is not suited or acceptable.

Cozy house 100 meters from the beach

Cozy house with a fantastic wooden terrace a few meters from the beach, supermarkets and the promenade where there are all the bars and restaurants. It is one of the oldest houses in Tamariu, almost a hundred years old, completely renovated with all the equipment, well connected as it is located on the main entrance street and also has access to a quiet street where it is easy to find parking. In front of the house there are stairs that go directly to the beach and the promenade.

A family summer townhouse in a unique 1970s development, overlooking Cala de Aigua Xelida and Platja Gran de Tamariu. A 5-minute walk down some steps separates us from Cala d'Aigua Xelida, located north of the center of Tamariu, one of the most beautiful places in Catalonia, very close to Espai Natural Protegit Muntanyes de Begur. In 1972, the Aigua Xelida area was declared a Picturesque Place and in 2009 it was chosen as the Favorite Landscape of Catalonia.
