We had a very comfortable stay at Ms. Belle’s place! It’s spacious, clean, and perfect for big groups or families. The apartment had everything we needed, and the check-in process was smooth. The only small con is the location — it’s a bit of a steep walk to get to the apartment if you're on foot. But this can easily be managed with a Grab or car service. Plus, the walk isn't too bad and can be a healthy bonus if you're up for it! Overall, a great stay — would definitely recommend for anyone traveling with a group or looking for a cozy, well-equipped home.

The view was fantastic! Host communicates well and attended to our needs. The TV, sound system, and wifi was great as well. Kitchen was well equipped. CR was clean. Recommended place for private events.

We've bsen a clienf/guests of Sir Rex place for about 8yrs now. Almost every year we rented his place (he has various of property to choose). Just a perfect avenue for family get together. The place is so spacious. So loving it. Thank you for having this kind of space for us to bond with our family.

Me and two friend booked this house for a wedding. The host was responsive and his staff was wonderful! It was really close to a bar and grill that had karaoke and that was totally worth it. Felt really safe at the neighbourhood with 24/7 guards, checking everyone that came and went. Would definitely book again.

The place felt like home. Had everything you need. Me and my Fiancé enjoyed our stay there. We had no issues with anything. Checking in was easy with the instructions given to us. First and for most, i would like to thank the Host for being a very considerate host. Giving us clear instructions. Tho the wifi was not giving (due to techinical error) hopefully it will be repaired, but for us it was okay as long as we have an accomodation to stay with. Overall, it was nice stay and very accomodating! 5/5

We had an amazing stay at Ms Vianca’s unit. She is friendly and responsive, making sure our queries are addressed. The location is perfect, conveniently situated near SM seaside and Ocean Park. The place is also clean and comfortable and very cozy. It was a wonderful experience and will definitely recommend:)

The place have a view to die for. Literally, you are so high up you can see the land layout and other venues. You can see TOPs and Temple of Leah from the balcony. Amenities was the best part of the stay as we didnt need to bring extra stuff. 3 bathrooms was also a plus, having 10 ppl in the group, we didnt need to fight for the restrooms, lol. The place is awesome and a good price for a piece of mind.
