This spacious (55sqm) 1 Bedroom-condo is for 5 persons . It is with very nice sea-views and located on Cebu's most famous Mactan Beach between Shangri-La and Crimson Resort. Best location right behind the new City-center of Mactan "Mactan Newtown / LG Garden) which takes only 3 minutes by Grab (more than 15 GRAB-drivers waiting nearby to get your GRAB, so it usually takes only 5-6 minutes to arrive at the Entrance / lobby) . Also very close to the airport - 17-18 minutes unless rush hours.

Great location and a nice room in a good building with all the amenities. We made good use of the pool but the beach a d shared pool is very nice also. it will cost you 350 pesos but it's worth the 15 minute walk. Make sure you ask about the pool pass at the front desk because we only found out about it a week later when we got asked at the pool.

I was so impressed I added another 4 days to my 3 day stay. The Rssort is awesome & quiet .. meaning very relaxing activities , but certainly scub & diving & boating etc . Available. His unit has all available for a weeks stay. And Patrick was message a few times that he was available for any issues A wonderful week

The responsiveness of the host, Angelica, and the peacefulness of the unit are outstanding. The unit was super clean as we arrived. Checkin and checkout time were easy to arrange for our own convenience. Netflix is the host subscription so you don’t even have to have a Netflix account to enjoy movies. If you’re a gym addict then I recommend you mention that upfront when you consider renting there. The pool is great, outstanding in terms of length and low occupancy, but access to the gym is limited. Overall I’m extremely satisfied with my choice and would definitely return!😊

The place was very nice , and much more good in reality . The condo was very clean and neat , it has a equipment that you needed , it also smells good 😊 especially their bathroom . As a digital nomad the place is good to stay as they have strong connection which is CONVERGE Provider and they have table you can work on. As a person who wants to see the sunrise this place is a great place to stay and they have balcony as well. I was able to experience the nice sunrise and rainy sundown in this place. I totally recommend this place.
