Beautiful, quiet location. Great check in and perfectly equipped cottage. Very comfortable sofa and bed. Great walks with our dog right on the doorstep. Wouldn't hesitate to book again if we are in the area.

We stayed over the Easter Break and couldn’t fault the property or the service! The host was very helpful and was on hand to answer any questions. The property was immaculate with all amenities you could need. This certainly won’t be the last time we stay.

we were only a stop over as we were flying out to Greece the next morning. Chris was so accommodating picked us up from train station and took us back to the Air B&B we had a couple of hours sleep and then he drove us to the airport. he showed us everything in the air B&B we needed to know. Rosylns is a lively Air B&B next time we plan to spend abit more time and then fly out as there is alot to do in the area and we felt so welcome . thankyou for making the start of our adventure (honeymoon) the best start x
