Milford Beach AirBnB is a beautiful family home, easy access to Takapuna restaurants and beaches, playgrounds and local shops. Plenty of room for several guests, ensuite bathrooms and plenty of natural light. Separate lounge areas for kids and adults, and roomy home office / gym space.

Patrick's home was a stand out Air B&B on our NZ North Island Holiday. The beautiful eclectic furnishings & feel in the home made for a lovely stay where we felt very relaxed. Patrick is an amazing & knowledgeable host who always had time for a laugh & chat. The outside area was amazing with a great pool & lots of chill out areas to enjoy a wine while enjoying the view & surroundings. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again & would recommend any travelling going to Auckland to check Patrick's Home out.

Sarath is a responsive host with excellent communication. Check in was flexible with drop box keys. The room was spacious and had extras including tea, coffee and cereals provided. Location is a short walk from rail connection and Orakei Bay, with easy connections to the city and airport. Would recommend.

Lily’s place was a great place for our family to stay. The house was large enough that we had our own space and didn’t feel like we were on top of each other.

Staying with Michael and Jenny was a real treat to start my holiday in NZ!! I have stayed in many Airbnbs, and they were the most hospitable hosts I have ever had. They let me check in early right after my long haul flight, so I didn’t have to worry about where to spend time with my luggage. The salt water pool is peaceful and clean. The shower pressure is divine!! And most of all, I enjoyed getting to know Mike and Jenny and meeting their friends at some fine local establishments. It really felt like I was staying with friends. As a solo traveler, this is the best place to begin your trip!!

Thanks again! Very nice, spacious apartment with a beautiful seaview. The aircon is very good and the TV is very big. Really appreciate the late check out time! And really appreciate the welcome Christmas gifts. *The place really needs a smoke alarm in the kitchen area, made us a bit nervous that there's none for when cooking *The hot water jug needs to be replaced as its not hot it only gives warm water *The toilet is creaking a bit, it needs to be looked at for maintenance

Monika was a great communicator and easy to deal with. My booking was a last minute decision as the aircraft I’d just boarded pushed back for an international flight into Auckland landing after midnight. Monika left a light on for me and made it easy for me to enter her place after 2am 🥱. Quiet private location and I recommend this place. I would stay here again.

What an amazing apartment!! We loved everything about it....it is stylish, well equipped and in a great location. Everyone mentions the views but you have to see them for yourself to truly appreciate them. Doug is an excellent host...always quick to respond and extremely welcoming. I would recommend this apartment as something very special.
