The apartment is well situated within walking distance to shops and Takapuna beach. The apartment is in a large complex, safe, secure and with excellent facilities. The apartment is newly furnished and decorated in immaculate condition. We enjoyed our stay.

Great space for familiarising ourselves with a suburb and area that we were interested in moving to. The space had all the amenities we needed for a two week stay. A spacious parking bay was useful for our larger car, however, a supermarket was only a 10min walk away. Our requests were promtly responded to which was very much appreciated.

A modern balcony features a single gray armchair positioned on wooden flooring. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors open to a view of the city skyline, including surrounding buildings and a glimpse of the nearby streets.

Mike was a lovely host to deal with, he had clear instructions and was super friendly. The house had everything we needed and the perfect location for us! We will definitely stay here again in the future if it is available to us. Five stars!

Pam is an amazing host and her place is spectacular. The house is immaculate with everything you need and very comfortable beds. The location is outstanding, and I loved hearing the waves, being so close to the beach and walking distance to the shops. I can’t wait to stay here again.

It’s just very unique to be in a very private building right in the middle of a fantastic beach town on what is probably the best urban beach in New Zealand. You will love it!
