Vacation rentals with a pool in Takapuna

Beautiful and spacious rental. Easy to get to and quick walk to the beach and park with a playground.

Our Family (2 Adults, 2 Children 5y & 3Y) had a fantastic stay. The location was quiet and close enough to everything. Beautiful Walking track 2 mins from the front door which feels very distant from the city location. The Pool, which is the perfect size for the property, is great for the kids and deep enough for adults to soak in, it also feels very safe with the fencing. The kid's rooms are perfect for children up to their teenage years and the master bedroom is comfortable and has a good view of the backyard (Tramp and Pool), allowing you to relax from inside and watch kids outside. Off-street parking is covered and easy to access and the living area and kitchen are all nice and family friendly. Thanks again for hosting us and we look forward to returning one day.

The view from this house is incredible!!! We saw so many rainbows and the weather changes were interesting to observe. The spa pool is enormous and was a huge hit with adults and kids alike. Our boys loved the deck with its basketball hoop, football goals and boxing bags, and the huge TV and cinema screen in the lounge, The house is a short walk from Remuera train station which was perfect to getting to/from the airport and into town. Great cafes and a supermarket a short walk away in Remuera. We loved it.

What a wonderful place to stay! We were travelling with our 1 and 3 year olds and Natalie’s place was perfect. The pool and trampoline, and a little pack of fun things Natalie put together for the kids, kept us all happy and feeling very much at home. The house and yard are even nicer than the pictures, and the location is amazing. Thanks for everything.

Great weekend escape with pool and indoor outdoor flow to enjoy the sunshine and chill space later with the easy outdoor gas fire. Modern kitchen made for easy self catering but also close and walkable to great restaurants and coffee spots. Having an ensuite for each bedroom always a win. Comfortable and ample space for all.

The home was absolutely perfect. The setting was beautiful and the house itself was clean and well kept (not to mention, the beautiful interior decor). The hosts were amazing in their communication, accomodating and exercised flexibility to specific requests of mine, which I hugely appreciated. I had all the information I needed upon checking in and felt very comfortable reaching out with any questions I had on my stay. I had a rather large group stay at the place so the cottage next to the main home was a winner, allowing for space and privacy amongst a big group. The spa pool and plunge pool was a treat with a stunning view and lots of grass area outside for the kids and pets to run around and play. I would highlight recommend this home to anyone looking for somewhere clean, beautiful location with ocean views and friendly and accomodating hosts. Thanks again Wayne and Lesley for opening up your beautiful home to us. Would love to stay again at some point.

Central location. We walked around into the city and to the marina without issue. Plenty of bus routes if you prefer. The supermarket is around the corner. Plenty of options for bars/cafes within walking distance. We have two kids and found a huge playground and grassed area just across the road. Pool and gym in the building was an added pleasure. Robert was great to converse with and was quick in reply :) Would definitely book again if visiting again.

Our family of 4 had a great holiday in Auckland at Jon's place. The place was located quite centrally and within walking distance to Britomart and Wynyard Quarters. The place was spotless clean and had everything you could possible need. There were loads of amenities and bathroom basics. There were kitchen basics, coffee machine and snacks which was a very nice touch from Job. Best of all there we games and toys for the kids. The apartment is secure with ample parking and is right next to the park and grocery stores. It can get quite loud as it is on the main st when the windows are open esp on weekends which you need in the main living room and downstairs rooms because it doesn't have aircon but it was ok for us as the temp was coming down but it did get quite warm on some nights without aircon downstairs. Jon is an excellent host, very helpful, responsive and attentive. We felt right at home and would def stay here again if we come back to Auckland :) highly recommended

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was spotless, stylish, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Great location close to everything but still peaceful. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

This was a very enjoyable Airbnb experience for us. The unit was great - top floor, well furnished & clean as shown in the listing. The location was amazing - great view of the Sky Tower from the balcony, quiet neighbors, close enough to walk almost anywhere downtown. The host provided detailed info for arrival and communicated well with us in a timely manner. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
